The quality of the build is not as high as we thought it would be.

All of the details in the home are perfect. The house was constructed quickly, and I have nothing bad to say about it.

Jacqueline Fraser, Mike Barclay, and Jared Schieve have been absolutely great throughout the whole process. I still ask questions, and Mike still answers my questions. I am happy with the service.

Ashton Woods Homes (Orlando) has a good product. A way they could enhance the quality of the product they provide is to not nickel and dime. For the amount of money spent on the home, Ashton Woods Homes (Orlando) should start with the basic quality items like the garage door opener, as we had to pay for that. I do not think anyone is going to manually open their garage anytime they leave their garage. Ashton Woods Homes (Orlando) does not need to nickel and dime, even if they have to raise the price of the overall home to include those things. The kitchen package should include basic things as well. The product quality is good.

Home is great, there are small reasons on my I chose a 4 star over a 5. I feel like I can hear a lot of noise throughout the house and the 2nd floor . I have cats so the smaller window ceils are a bummer. Outside of that the house is beautiful .

Our Ashton Woods Homes project manager, Matt, was really awesome to work with. He kept us very informed. Our sales manager, Cara, was really helpful, even after we purchased, by telling us what to expect and keeping us updated.

There are many low-quality items for a brand new home. Including things like the windows. The common areas are completely destroyed. It does not look alike a brand new community. I would not recommend Ashton Woods Homes to anyone.

The buying process was smooth, straightforward, and very transparent. Our sales representative did a great job in conveying the value of the property, and we were satisfied with that part of the process.

We had an excellent experience all the way through the buying process. Our Sales Team was amazing (Jacqueline Fraser & Kim). They were always there when we needed them. Mike is still the best in the business. He always took care of our concerns during the building process and was very supportive and patient as we closed and ironed out the new home wrinkles. Jared Schieve has been great during the warranty period. We haven't had many problems, but everything that we brought up was taken care of quickly and without hesitation.
