I would like to express some concerns regarding various aspects of the housing development that are affecting the residents’ quality of life. First, the plants placed in front of the houses are neither aesthetically pleasing nor do they harmonize with the surroundings, which results in an unattractive appearance for the community. Additionally, the club house is too small for the number of residents and lacks adequate recreational areas, limiting the available leisure options.


Furthermore, there is a noticeable shortage of bins for disposing of pet waste, posing an issue for those who walk their dogs in the neighborhood. It is also important to note that the water and electricity pipes are exposed on our properties, which not only reduces our usable space but also negatively impacts the aesthetic appeal of our facades.

In addition, contractors from Spectrum have carried out work in our gardens without proper authorization, creating openings, laying cables, and leaving manholes that further reduce our private green space. These actions, carried out without prior notice or consent, are invasive and have caused considerable discontent among the residents.

I do feel like the quality of the home is good. Very small cosmetic issues

When we bought the house, we removed a fixture, and behind the fixture was a hole that we had to get repaired. There was also lots of sand in the back of the house. On our closing date, we were rushed through the house and did not get to see what repairs needed to be completed.

See all the issues we’ve had and all the times Ashton woods tried to get out of fixing them, ignored concerns, didn’t communicate, etc. just disgraceful. We absolutely deserve a couple hundred thousand dollars back.

For the amount of money spent on the home, Ashton Woods Homes (Orlando) should start with the basic quality items like the garage door opener, as we had to pay for that. I do not think anyone is going to manually open their garage anytime they leave their garage. Ashton Woods Homes (Orlando) does not need to nickel and dime, even if they have to raise the price of the overall home to include those things. The kitchen package should include basic things as well. The product quality is good.

Home is great, there are small reasons on my I chose a 4 star over a 5. I feel like I can hear a lot of noise throughout the house and the 2nd floor . I have cats so the smaller window ceils are a bummer. Outside of that the house is beautiful .

They did not respond to any of the problems at home. We tried to contact them to fix some things after we moved into the house, but the quality of the products was not good.

I feel as though the Hines are built in a rush. Slow down and have them done properly. Perhaps that will lessen the complaints.
