Ben, Becky, Tito and all the crew were so easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the new roof and how well the crew took care of covering all the landscaping around the house while taking off the old shingles. Cleanup was good and overall they did a great job with everything! Reasonably priced too!!

Very impressed with the team that worked on our roof. There were no corners cut. With bad weather expected overnight, they could have tarped it and come back when the weather was good. Instead the completed the roofing and had it weather tight. They even took the time to clean up in the dark. Their attention to detain was top notch including clean up which they did every day.
Very happy and highly recommend their work.

Additional Comments - I thought that the crew was excellent , especially the foreman. I would like to add that you should buy those guys some new foam rubber pieces.

From the very beginning everything went smooth. Ben arrived at the time we agreed on and gave me a fair and detailed proposal to have our roof replaced. Requested to get us on their list and within a few days got a call back with a scheduled day. All went great and his crew was polite, friendly, very neat cleanup and on time. They did an outstanding job and our roof looks fantastic.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient, pretty much unbelievable.

The company showed up on time and completed everything in a timely manner. The workers were very polite and professional. If I had any questions, they were answered right away. I would hire them again and recommend them to others as well. The only thing that I did not care for was the loud rap music while working. Just a personal preference. Any other type of music was fine. I think people work better with music.

I would not recommend them after the way he talked to me. I emailed them, and you just don't treat people like that. They also dented my gutters and broke some hangers off. Since they are high backs, it's just going to be there. He said that was part of the process of doing business. I wasn't happy with that response. He said they would look brand new. They stomped over them when they were tearing off the old roof. They are older gutters but in good shape. I went to wash them and took some ammonia to clean them up. He said he would paint them, and they didn't. When I brought up my concerns, I told him I liked everything else. I'm a particular person, and he knew that going into this. He said I stressed him out and made him freak out about the project. He started yelling at me and said I needed to get a life. He said what kind of person would wash their gutters. I did all the prepping, so they would just have to paint them when they were done. He told me he wasn't coming back to address anything. I was fearful if Owens Corning would still cover my warranty. God forbid if I ever had them to do anything else on it.

Ben, the head contractor or owner, did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond. I needed an extra time-lapse for painting, and he worked with me 100% of the way. He was more concerned with me being satisfied than him just getting a paycheck.

Assurance Roofing associates were courteous, professional and thorough. They had the right equipment and skills for the work. They were thorough.

All went well with the roofing project. There are 2 minor issues that I relayed to Assurance roofing that will be addressed in the spring. All good for now. I am optimistic the roofing will be issue free for many, many years to come. Ben and I reviewed the shingle and color choice prior to the replacement. I went with Black Sable Owens Corning shingle. I and others agree it looks great!

Ben was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive in his presentation of his service and product. Easily accessible and quick to respond to calls. I am very satisfied with the final result and appearance of the project. He delivered what he promised.
