The entire experience, front to back, was excellent. AYS clearly had experience dealing with insurance companies, particularly State Farm, and stayed the course all the way through the claim process. All documentation was honest and detailed. They were patient to get paid (thanks to multiple delays getting insurance money through our mortgage holder), showed up on time the day of the installation, knocked out all the work in a day, and followed up later to make sure we were satisfied. I will recommend them to every single person I know who needs a roof.
