Took way to long , subcontractors they hired were hacks.
Jim Woggon was great to work with.
This was a restoration project due to construction negligence in our neighborhood. ATI were horrible at communicating and horrible with the budget and extremely disrespectful of our time.
Dishonest company. File more charges with insurance than they actually do the work on.
Project managers were all good. All construction and painting staff were very good and left home very clean
On time, friendly people, treated my home with respect!
From start to finish, there was great communication, on time work done and complete clean up.
Techs were efficient , professional, and patient with me (an admittedly difficult person)
Too many personnel changes, and too many changes to scope of work necessitated by opacity of budget for largest item (cabinets).
The team was efficient and thorough. I was pleased to have them get our house set for repair approvals by USAA.
The cleanup phase went excellent. Cesar and his mitigation team were so great, efficient, communicative, thorough, and considerate. The reconstruction phase was subpar by comparison. Our contractor and project manager were not communicative nor thorough.
Robert did an excellent job repairing the water damage at my home.
They did not clear out
ATI Restoration Cleveland definetly understood what needed to be done and engaged themselves accordingly.
They had to come back to redo some of the work to my satisfaction
There seemed to be some confusion as to what exactly was going to be accomplished between the contractor and the owner.
I can confidently say that Kress is the best contractor we have ever had, hands down. Not only is their work top notch, but all of their staff and contractors are just really great people. The whole process was seamless and we really felt supported the entire process from the owner, project manager, and every trade. I don’t know what we would have done without them, and I honestly miss seeing them everyday! - Rachel Radcliffe
Based on my comments below I could easily give a lower recommendation, but I will stick with "6" in addition to my comments below.
I’d recommend this company for work performed. Also the team from Naperville, Illinois has provided a good experience with care of work being done, patience with all my questions and have gained my trust
At first, I was pleased with them, but their lack of communication and priority of organization has left me sour.
Response from insurance and Midpoint were really fast and efficient after incident; but then there were couple of months when we were waiting for work to begin.
It was a great experience with them.
the process of getting my repairs done was not good. they came out and looked then said they would talk to my insurance. I called to get status and was told oh ya I was going to look at that. After another week I called again and was told that my insurance was not going to pay enough for the repairs. I called my insurance company and was told they were given a much higher bid than I was. I contacted the estimator to find out why and never got an answer. I went with another company and my repairs were mad quickly
Horrible communication
ATI Restoration Dallas was on it, did a good job, and everything they did worked out really well. We were not able to use ATI Restoration Dallas for the reconstruction, but they were in here quick for the mitigation. They covered everything and the company that came in for the restoration did not have to do much.
Amazing!!
Very prompt and professional.
Excellent service and friendly personnel.
ATI did an amazing job of remediating my home from a lightning caused fire and subsequent water damage. Their teams did the work very efficiently and with a great deal of empathy. I cannot say enough good things about the company. Everyone I worked with was amazing.
The water mitigation that ATI provided was excellent. The reconstruction part leaves much to be desired. I give 10 for the water mitigation, and 3 for the reconstruction.
It seemed that there was a lot of employee turnover. It was over a year from the time I filed my claim until the job was finished. There were three different people put on my job who quit, and I had to keep calling and calling for ATI Restoration Nashville (ProCare Solutions) to send someone else out.
They are not done yet. It's been several months. It's been bad for multiple reasons.
The quality of work is fantastic, but dealing with Nolan Black made the experience quite poor.
ATI was quick to respond to our problem. ATI was professional and provided updates on their methods and progress. Thank you ATI.
Our 6-8 week project took over 9 months. In the 9 months time the asbestos people showed up on time and worked quickly. However, they used our laundry room as an entry/exit and never cleaned this area. ATI had told us this room would remain closed and secure. After the abatement was completed we met with the director at our home. Tyler Wood was short on answers. While our luxury laminate floors were beginning to be installed, I noticed they were not doing it properly. The one man who was doing them looked at me and knew that there should have been a barrier put down first, and as best as he could, pointed this out to me. All the while Tyler tried telling me it was fine. Finally he agreed and the man went to purchase the barrier.
After our floors were put in basically not much happened. While we had a project manager who agreed to touch base daily, signed in our contract, it was left up to us to reach out to him or Tyler. My husband went by the house daily, and our neighbors updated us as well, often, to tell us that once again no one had showed up to work.
Tyler allowed months to pass by and then pointed out that they’d need to finish up with basic prefabbed kitchen cabinets because our housing expense was going to run out. This felt like a total set up as insurance had agreed to custom cabinets, as that was what we had prior to our incident. After getting our insurance adjuster involved, workers began showing up, but not often. We were informed that the reason why our walls were installed but not prepped yet for paint was because the crew foreman was out of the country and his crew was lying about showing up. Per usual, Jeremy had not been to the house to see that nothing was being done. Once that crew did finally finish their work, paint was applied to our walls and ceiling without first cleaning the dust from the sanded drywall. Jeremy then tried telling us that it was not in the scope of the work, even though it was.
Fast-forward.
When we finally approved the work it was not without noticing a ton of issues that we had to write off as we’d been displaced for over 9 months and simply wanted to go home. We had to empty our laundry room and throw a lot of stuff away, either because of damage or dirt. We cleaned it from floor to ceiling. We have a lot of cracks throughout the drywall seams, we have not yet repaired those. Our tile was not installed properly the first time, the second time we agreed to disagree. They did not properly seal it so it’s rough and dingy. The counters were installed in the bathroom and oil based silicone was left on walls, repelling the paint which is now peeling.
The entire experience felt like a switch and bait, like being sold a lemon, like an absolute nightmare. At the end of it all ATI reached out to us several times demanding a payment but would not give us any sort of detailed breakdown of what the money was for. Our adjuster handled it after they would not stop demanding payment.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one.
I haven't had everything completed yet but the way they have handled communication has been amazing. I have heard from them weekly and just knowing what's going on and being updated on my property has been great.
Iwas very pleased with the staff. They showed up each day and stayed on task. However, i am now faced with delaminatd boards and tthe warter leak is not fixed.t
Great communication, timely, and did a great job. About all i could ask for.
They do amazing work!
They are always responsive for an emergency. Their documentation of the incident is professional and thorough.
ATI workers did a good job assessing the damage on my home, making sure wet areas were not growing mold, and completed the request.
ATI did a competent job completing water damage repairs and overall claim. The challenge for ATI was finding competent subcontractors to complete the work. We had to correct various quality issuess throughout the project causing delays.
Jay was great in every aspect. He came by multiple times to make sure we were happy with the progress.
Having an unexpected leak that caused a lot of damage was distressing. ATI made the entire process as painless as possible and we were very happy with the end result.
ATI Restoration is professional and respond to emergency needs.
The ATI Restoration personnel were responsive and very communicative.
We initiated the project on March 11th, and as of today, June 5th, it remains incomplete. There is a section of the door frame that lacks paint due to the plastic barrier that was installed and subsequently removed. Additionally, the sink stopper is missing, and there is an ongoing dispute regarding its whereabouts. We have photographic evidence of the stopper being present near the sink during the construction process, indicating that it was misplaced or lost. We have expressed on a numerous times our dissatisfaction with the deficient communication and lack of thoroughness in project execution.
They started a job and never came back to finish.
Work was completed very satisfactory. Very pleased with the job.
