Very good work

A huge tree fell on our house and severely damaged the roof and frame of the upper section. The insurance company used ATI for an estimate of damages but said we had the option to use any contractor of our choice. So GLAD we decided to use their services. ATI arranged the entire project from beginning permits, engineering report, architectural design, and all the way through the end to restore the house.

some aspects were fine. the repair to the roof was good. the promptness to get someone out here to get blowers going to prevent mold was good as well. I am disappointed about the ceiling work on the interior. After the work is completed, I would have thought a project manager would come out to inspect things, but that never happened. Seemed like the inside guys were there to do the job as fast as possible to maximize the profit. They were very nice though!

Very friendly group who came out. Work was done quickly with much care. Results were great.

John was amazing and Mike was also amazing . They were professional and very responsive to any communication . Mike the project manager was always there making sure everything was done perfectly . I really can’t say enough good things about how great everything was from the initial evaluation to the final walk thru .

Fantastic repairs. Like it never happened

The actual work so far has been fine, but the lack of contact between phases of the project has been frustrating. I have been forgotten about at least three times and have been hung up on once, though I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt that it was simply a dropped call.
