Overall I had a good experience with ATI. The staff that was part of my project responded quickly and efficiently. However, sometimes I would send information and it appeared that no one had looked at it. They went above and beyond in one of the areas of making the bathroom be functional and not just complete. The only main issue I had was the fact that they put in the toilet incorrectly and then when they came back to do it, they did it even worse. I had to pay out of pocket for another company to come and fix the problem, which was annoying.
I really enjoyed working with John he was so easy going and he didn't have to hound him about anything he knew when to you know add the little extras that I added on you know so it would help my budget and it wouldn't slow down the work I really appreciated the way John worked with me thank you
ATI employees that I am involved with all have a very kind personality and stay in touch as this job moves forward.
It took months from initial walkthrough and insurance approval to finally set up dates and times for repair work. What I was told was a one, maybe two day job; eventually turned into three. Was told that the trash that was left behind was going to be taken, left with me and I had to take care of it.
Truly impressed by everyone I've interacted with at ATI. Very professional and knowledgeable, as well as great people.

Jesse Fein was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He understood what I was looking for and the team was able to get the job done in the time promised.
The work performed and the time it took to complete the job was fantastic.
It was very difficult to get a date for someone to come make a simple fix to a problem that was created when they did the initial reconstruction on my bathroom. To date, March 26th 2005, the stain that was caused by the tub overflowing in my son's bathroom still has not been repaired.

I was told on 2/4/25 that a refund would be forthcoming for the flooring. As of today Thomas Webb told me no refund was received and he would follow up with you. ATI was sent by my insurance company to dry out an area that needed to be taken care of after a leak was repaired. They brought out the equipment then took it all out knowing that the area was not dry or ready for the floor to be replaced. They pulled out one board (that they said they were not suppose to unless they were doing the restoration). I left messages for the project manager (Lebrente Stevenson) that were never returned. I contacted customer service and Jim Bowman the assistant project manager came to my home and they left the dehumidifier there for a couple of more days and sent a couple of women out who said the floor was still wet but they took out the dehumidifier. Jim Bowman was very nice to deal with - but the floor is still wet so it is not able to be replaced until completely dry. which we are trying to do with large floor fans. They made me feel like I was suppose to pay them but I knew that my insurance company was taking care of that part.
They damaged my master bedroom mirror and expensive china cabinet then lied about seeing a video of it broken before they packed my home. My furniture was 2 years old without a broken mirror and damaged china cabinet. I requested to see the video, but my request was ignored. They want to put a lien on my home for a missing check. My bank doesn’t have a copy of the missing check. I sent them $2000 of the $3900 and they resent an invoice requesting $3900. This is fraud. (My son paid $2000 for me.) I owe them $1900 and not $3900. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never ever recommend this company. Presently, I receive disability income only.
All of the workmen were very conscientious, neat, and accomplish their tasks in a timely manner. We were very happy with the final result.
