Probably would not recommend for reconstruction. The remediation team was great, the construction team was ok.
Bad communication, average quality of work, length of project was longer than expected, cost of certain parts of the project were more than expected.

Took company over a week to come and put the emergency tarp on my roof.

Very impressed with ATI's depth of knowledge and ability to marshal subcontractors quickly and run the job.

My project went through 4-5 different project managers. I was never informed that the project manager had changed and I just received zero communication from the former manager or anyone else.

The service is top notch. Everyone was professional and respectful of my home.

Workers were proficient and got the work done perfectly. They worked quietly and didn’’t stand around and converse with each other. They cleaned everything before leaving every day.

I’m not likely to be in a position to recommend ATI because the people I know who might need their service would have to go through their own HOAs and/or home owners insurance and go with the vendors those entities choose. If I had an opportunity to recommend ATI, I would.

Horrible communication for project. We were often left in the dark. We had to be the one to call every time. We had no idea when Dennis was away for 3 weeks, and had no idea why Tyler would not answer us for 3 weeks. This combined with a complete disregard for the schedule that was set. The original end date was set for June. Work was not completed by ATI until October.

ATI did a fantastic job remediating my water leak, communicating with my home insurance, and was transparent in cost for the rebuild. Unfortunately my foreman for reconstruction and initial contact for the remediation both left the company in the middle of my rebuild, ATI was using contractors for getting my kitchen rebuilt and there was more than one issue, which caused a lot of heartbreak. But in the end, the new ATI foreman, Mike came on board and had a dedicated pinch-hitter team whose job was to correct all the issues that the subcontractors left, so in the end I received my beautiful kitchen upgrade that my wife and I had dreamed of. Thank you ATI, it was along road, and I love my kitchen. Mike was awesome.

Totally a terrible experience with Mark 1

The workers who came to our house were Hardworking young men! They were mannerly and did an excellent Job and cleaned up when they were done!!!!

While the crew was very polite and efficient on site, I never received any communication or updates about the status of the project, unforeseen issues, cost estimates, or scheduling changes despite numerous requests for this information.

That did a good job

We initially placed our trust in ATI, hoping they could help us recover from the devastating loss of our home due to Hurricane Helene. One of the main reasons we chose ATI was our original project manager, who was empathetic, understanding, and seemed genuinely committed to helping us navigate this challenging time.

Unfortunately, it became clear that their team was overwhelmed with too much work, and we were caught in the middle of what appeared to be internal turmoil. We were informed that our project manager had been removed from our project due to complaints we allegedly filed—something that was entirely untrue.

It took months to receive the quotes we were promised within two weeks. When we finally did receive them, they were incomplete, and despite assurances that revised quotes would be sent promptly, they never arrived. Additionally, the first phase of our demo ended up costing $3,000 more than the highest estimate outlined in the initial signed scope, with no explanation provided for the discrepancy.

We are left now to start over in our search for a contractor 3 months after the storm and still forced to live outside of our home with our 2 children.

I would only recommend for water mitigation. Nothing else has happened since the hurricanes. The insurance Company closed my case with a payout significantly smaller than what the repairs are projected to cost.

Much easier to work with ATI, through Erie, than hiring my own contractor ~

ATI was brought in to fix a problematic situation based on two earlier successes. The project took too long, went through 2+ PMs and the communication has been lacking.

Many delays in communication. Delay in installation of blowers for drying after flood causing mold growth. Dry wall removed and return to Orlando due to hurricane Milton on Oct. 7. Msg sent on 10/16 re next step. Return to site on 10/25. Lower cabinets removed and broken granite counter top. Water dripping from plumbing water in 3 rooms. Water from guest bathroom in far wall of adjoining room and quilt removed from closet to take care of water. Quilt is wedding gift from grandmother Guest bath vanity removed and water left dripping overflowed container causing water to be in several rooms. Blowers finally installed on 11/1. Sent msg on 11/11 stating blowers removed what is next. No response. Second msg on 11/14. Response on 11/15. Orlando office would not assist with reconstruction and to call Tampa. Called Tampa office and no call back after 3 days. Hired another company.

Pure frustration

I had ongoing construction with this company for about 7 to 8 months for a project that should have been completed in just two or three months. Communication was terrible, and my property was damaged during the process. No one has taken responsibility for the repairs. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone!

Everyone at Four Seasons Restoration were really great.

There were some minor communication problems but the overall result is fantastic. We are very happy with the replacement floors after our previous ones were destroyed by water. ATI is easy to work with and does a great job.

This was a restoration project due to construction negligence in our neighborhood. ATI were horrible at communicating and horrible with the budget and extremely disrespectful of our time.

No I would not My experience is not something I would want others to go through. I recommend that project managers are required to communicate with homeowners and provide updates. There should be checks and balnace in place to get feedback. It would have been nice if upper management would have contacted me during this long process to get my input. The project may have finished sooner if they had.

Absolutely! At the end of the day, we felt like we all were on the same page with ATI as we conquered this significant project. We will use ATI for future home projects and have recommended them to all our neighbors and friends.
