I would not recommend ATI Restoration Sacramento to a friend only because when I had utilized them on an emergency basis, they put out their equipment. The contact I had was fired, and the equipment was left on the property for a long period of time, and I was billed a large amount for it. No one reached out to me about it, and three weeks later, ATI Restoration Sacramento came and picked up the equipment.

My experience with ATi was very positive. They provided excellent service and the communication was great. I highly recommend ATI for mitigation and restoration.

They came out and installed the solar panels. It looks like they did a good job so far. We haven't had any rain. Hopefully, I don't get any leaks. So far, everything looks pretty good. I won't be able to tell until we get some rain. Hopefully, I don't have the same issue I had last time. Everything looks good.

They go far and beyond what is required of them.
Intially, they came out and did the estimate and then they sent one of their subcontractors out. We live in our home, so this was going to have to be a job where they needed to move furniture to different rooms while working around us. The subcontracting company was not on the same page, so ATI sent out their own crew. Ultimately, they took care of everything. There were a few issues along the way. For example, when they were sanding the ceiling, they did not cover my furniture or try to contain the dust in any way. This then extended the timing of the project because they now needed to do more cleaning. At the end of the day, they got the job done.
They are very responsive. I deal with Tammy Umland and anytime I have had an emergency in the past, during the storms especially, she responds to my text within the hour and I have someone on sight that same day or night.
There have been occasions where other third-party vendors have not been able to make it. They are not associated with them, but they have even made recommendations and because of that, I have been able to take care of things faster. So, her customer service has always been superb!

They performed exactly as they said and responded quickly.
There was some frustration with Sunrun, the company they were contracted with, and their coordination. I did not have any issues with them once they arrived, but it was the matter of getting them here that was the issue. However, I am not sure who was responsible for the lack of coordination.
They were slow to process the repair.
It took a lot longer than I anticipated to complete the project. I am pleased with the results. Everything looks great.

It was a very bad experience... impossible to track who the PROJECT MANAGER was at any one time... was passed from Project Manager to Project Manager.
The workers were very friendly and very professional.
I am very pleased with ATI. I had a neighbor walk by and say “you would never know anything happened here”. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
It took a lot longer than it should have. There were a lot of fires in California at that time so it was tough for them.
Generally, things just took way longer than any of them projected. There were lots of reasons for that. Some of the reasons were within their control and some were not.
American technologies was extremely unprofessional. The workmanship was very poor. Many of the employees lacked customer service skills. There was also a lack of communication from the project director. In addition, the timeline was frequently changed and extended. The project director was unorganized and unprepared throughout the whole job. The project director had to cancel scheduled days due to big oversights he made. This caused an inconvenience to my personal work schedule as I had already taken the day off just to be told the day of that he had made a mistake and would have to reschedule.
