From start to finish everyone was excellent, the sales person, Yoyo, the estimate and the work was excellent and timely

Great experience, from start to finish. Owner did 3 onsite visits. The General Manager made an onsite visit. The owner worked with my insurance adjuster directly. Always available to answer questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient with ALL of my many questions. The roofers even showed up a little early. Kept the area clean and, poof, they were done. Excellent. Would highly recommend.

They were outstanding. There was nothing I could find wrong with this company. They excelled in every avenue. They went above and beyond our expectations.

I am 78 and I live by myself. When we had our hail storm, there were salespeople acting like creatures coming out from every rock. Fortunately, I have a dog, so when people came to the door there was barking. It was a very trying time. One of the salespeople stopped me when I was putting the trash out. He was giving me his sales pitch, and hammering home his benefits and such. The owner from Atrium happened to be walking across the street. He came over and looked at me knowingly. I thought oh this may save me. It was like hi, I'm glad you came back. The guy that was badgering me said oh, your working with him, I said yes. They had a couple of words and he went on his way. I said thank you to the owner of Atrium, Jose. He said are they hitting you hard, and I said yes. He said why don't I put a sign in your yard so people will leave you alone. You don't have to be committed. He said he would check back at a later date. He came back and we talked. I had other estimates, but I went with Atrium because of his kindness. It was like he saw his grandmother or something in me. I was very relieved to be working with Atrium. They were very tuned into my distress with the hard sales by the bulk of people trying to get my contracts.

They were the most efficient crew of all the other companies putting the roofs on in the neighborhood. They came in at 7 am and were done by 12 pm.
