When we contacted Aubrey Construction we knew nothing about them except for the online reviews. We were immediately impressed by their promptness and the respect and interest that they showed for our relatively small job. They considered every aspect,of the job, made helpful suggestions and were up front with costs. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Their work is excellent and the price was fair and affordable. We are very pleased, and really can't recommend them highly enough.

From the start (getting an estimate) to the finish (new gutter installation and yard cleanup) it was a very satisfying experience in all aspects of the work on the roof. Damaso and or Melissa communications were always answered quickly, brochures of materials available helped deciding a lot,plus the equipment and team personnel available for the job were remarkable. The following recommendations are all 5 stars.

I have used Aubrey Construction for several years for both roofing and interior construction work. Having dealt with not great contractors and then Aubrey, I no longer call for estimates because for me, Aubrey Construction will get the job regardless. They are timely, clean, friendly, extremely hard workers, and still believe in helping others. For example, when working in my 90+ yo parents’ home my memory impaired father asked them to get him some tea thinking they were his health aides. They happily made him his tea not just once but several times. Knowing dad got agitated with people coming in and out they went up to his chair each and every time they passed him to ensure he saw them and loudly spoke with him (dad was hearing impaired) so he was calm. The work is always perfection. They solve every problem should one arise but generally everything is anticipated ahead of time. They work consistently, not leaving for other jobs, and finish my jobs once they are started. The pricing is reasonable and no surprise increase at the end of the construction. When I call the office Melissa answers the phone. That’s correct, a live person. If Aubrey Cons. isn’t specialized in something like a basement foundation leak or hardscape, Damaso, the owner, has recommended contractors who have turned out to be as amazing as Aubrey! I could continue to sing their praises but I would never stop. Suffice it to say this is the only place you need to call for interior renovations or siding, roofing, windows, doors, etc.

Aubrey Construction has done many small and large projects at our two properties. I will not use any one else unless it is something, like solar installation, that Aubrey Construction does not do. Their pricing is fair; the crews friendly, timely and willing to explain the work; the workmanship is exceptional; they ensure everything is cleaned up afterwards; and they do everything humanly possibly to please. The owner, Damaso, always comes on site and calls the homeowner to checkin and ensures that we are happy. Aubrey has roofed our shed, replaced the shed walls that were moldy, replaced our leaky skylights with solar skylights, replaced our roof, shutters and basement windows, removed cement steps and replaced them with a lovely deck from the bedroom egress, and will be rebuilding our basement after he referred us to a basement leak company who repaired the leaking wall. I trust him to have access to our house when we are not present and to work at my 93 yo disabled parents' home though they cannot hear them. The crew ensures my parents know they are there each time they need to enter the home. Aubrey Construction is a trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, company who makes dreams come true at an accurately, beautifully, and correctly the first time!
