I really appreciated Brian's attention to detail, and willingness to make sure I was satisfied with the results. It was a big project with a lot of different work, and any time there was a problem, Brian made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction.

They did a thorough job, everything looked great when they were done. The quality of their work is their priority.

Overall they did a good job however; a few mistakes were made that should not have been made. Wrong size door was one but forgetting to cut the hole for the dryer vent is a major mistake. That could have burned my house down. I give them an A+ for the roof and windows. The dryer vent is just unacceptable. They did fix it and fixed my dryer that blew a fuse so thank you for that.

Both the roofing and siding projects went very smoothly. Fairly priced and quality work.

They were prompt, courteous, and worked around our special requirement for the phone line.

The sales rep made promises that the crews couldn't deliver on, and they pushed off my concerns to the finisher who ended up disregarding. I ended up doing the last bit of painting myself and my outlets in several parts of my house are not working after they "finished". The sales rep said that the siding would look "seamless" but the finisher literally said, "I don't know why he said that...and that it's fine the way it is".

It took a while for the project to get started but the siding was attached and painted quickly. It looks really good. Everyone was friendly and answered all of my questions before and during the project.

Great job. A few soda cans and gutter hangers left at site. Not really a big deal though. House looks great. They also painted a porch I thought we'd have to do.

Overall a great experience. We are very happy with how everything turned out and the house looks fantastic. All of the crews were fast and efficient, and did a good job of protecting the landscaping around the house as best as they could.

Austin Pro Siding, Windows, and Roofing is hands-down the best roofing company out there. The entire crew made replacing my roof easy and stress-free. It only took one day for the crew to replace my entire roof. Even though it took one day to replace, the quality of their work was fantastic! I love my new roof and it looks beautiful. I can tell you for sure if I ever have any kind of damage on my roof ever again, I would 100% rehire Austin Pro Siding, Windows, and Roofing to complete it. Austin Pro did an excellent job on all the work performed on our house. We had all our windows, siding and eave troughs replaced which was challenging job during the pandemic. They kept us informed on all stages of the project and all the installers were very professional and everyone respected the CDC guidelines while working on our house. Any concerns or areas that got missed that we brought up were quickly resolved with no argument. I certainly would not hesitate to use Austin Pro down the road if the need ever comes up!

Excellent and professional work, every employee was courteous throughout the project. Project manager gave much good advice and tips, but without any "hard-sell" at all.

Paul was very knowledgeable about their pricing structure and able to provide a bid within hours of walking my property. He was quick to respond to emails as well. Before signing the contract we had a couple changes and he knew the price impact off the top of his head. Within minutes he had a revised contract ready for me to sign. Their competitive pricing and Paul's deep knowledge is what sealed the deal for me.
