J.T. of Southwest Roofing was personable and explained the process of roofing with little use of the Jargon much better than by previous roofing representatives about what they could and how they would do it. The employees have been employed by Southwest Roofing for several years(12 years or more) and were very professional, courteous. The crew put down tarps near edge of the foundation to aid in the cleanup and the job was completed in about a day and a half.Jo the office and accounts manger was very helpful in assisting us to get through the process of getting funds from the insurance company. We were pleasantly surprised when the shingles delivered were Owens Corning. I had noticed around the neighborhood the shingles most folks got were not the same quality.We are very pleased.I'd give them a 4 Star rating.

To say I am happy with the job that Austin Southwest Roofing did on my home is definitely an understatement. They definitely under promised and overperformed. Not only did they show up early, the the team managed to remove the old roof on my 2,100 square foot home, install the complete new roof, AND set 16 new metal fence posts in cement that had blown over during a freak wind storm, completing all of that work in just 7 1/2 hours! This included taking a 45 minute lunch break--absolutely unbelievable. I am a Realtor by trade, and I take great pride in my reputation and my recommendations, as they reflect directly onto me. Having said that, I will ALWAYS recommend these folks to all of my clients going forward. Austin Southwest Roofing is THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did go through some problems when I was trying to get my questions answered. I never received a satisfactory response, instead, they just continued to switch me around form caller to caller.

The big truck that carries all of their roofing supplies created huge ruts in my yard when they backed in. They tried to fix it, but it didn't do too much. It is not their fault. The truck is just a little too heavy to be in my yard. I watched them try with rakes and shovels to fill it up with dirt from the truck's tires.
