They respond quickly, and had people here the same day to replace the floors. It didn't take long to get started. They had everything here and ready to get started.

B&G Home Improvements were extremely professional, and very communicative in getting back to me with all my needs. The work was very well done, and they found stuff the original insurance did not find and were able to fix my house.

They did the work and kept their promises.

The project manager, Art, was very attentive and helpful in helping me make decisions. Ken Berger was great. Everyone was very respectful and actually fun to have I my home for as long as they were here.

This damage happened at possibly one of the worst moments in my life. The repair job was at my Mom’s house and she had been really sick. Her having to leave her comfort zone again made things hard for both of us. BnG is a real human company each person I encountered through them was personable, didn’t mind explaining the process and gave me some ease with things seemed like a disaster. I highly recommend this company before any other. They also have a network of companies they work with and they choose with the same excellence as the staff they hire. If I myself ever have any needed issues this is a company I will be coming back to.

I would recommend B&G to friends! They came in and did remediation and our remodel. The team was always friendly and professional and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company. We love our new floors and bathroom!

It took too long, and I had to keep calling them for information rather than having them keep me updated.

I had outstanding service from Kristy, Becky Gail, sheila and her crew and harry and his crew. They were all great. They were nice, detailed and explained to me what they were doing. I can't say enough about them.

I thought they were great. They had some problems, but they worked it out. The two guys that I thought were fantastic were Harry and George. They were great.

The quality of service was not good, and they are still making repairs.

I think B & G willingness in servicing a customer during the time of actual work is to satisfy the customer. But when the works end and there seem to be a problem that exist from the work, B & G is slow to non-existent to come to the aid of the problem or complaint.

B & G is a very professional company to work with. The estimate, demo and restoration was exactly as they said it would be. We are very happy with the work done in our home.

I do not recommend B&G Home Improvements. Brandon wasn't professional. They still have not came back to review the work they sent the staff to do to make sure everything was installed correctly. I have issues. I like my laminate floors, but not the painting of my walls and shoe molding. I can't discuss anything with Brandon!

The company was very professional and courteous! The office manager Christy was very responsive to all of my questions. Bruce was great. He answered all of my questions and kept me updated on what was going on. My husband and I were very satisfied with how everything went.

This is a difficult question. Their workmanship is fantastic. The problem is they have awful communication and the schedule we came up with went right out the window. I shouldn't have to call them to finish work I'm paying for.

They were hard to get ahold of, you have to follow up with them constantly. Also when you're signing your contract they will not give you a hard copy of the changes made within the contract which is frustrating.

They got the work done, but It took forever because they were working on way too many projects at the same time.What should of taken a few weeks ended up taking a few months, completely unacceptable.

Brandon and the receptionists were pleasant to talk to, and even though some of my paperwork got lost (and it was my fault), the employees helped located where the breakdown in communication occurred. I trust this company to do their best work within the limited amount of money I'm able to pay them.

I had to point out a lot of things that they needed to change that I felt should have been obvious to them.

Everyone that came by was extremely polite, competent, and worked quickly.

Everything--I'm reading off a list of things that I wrote about them. They left the carpet--the old carpet they took out--they left in front of my house for a week and a half before they could take it and throw it away. I had neighbors complain about that. One of the boys left chewing tobacco in my downstairs sink.

They were very courteous, professional, and they got the job done.

I really have no need to recommend them.
