Michael did a great job and all by himself! He knew exactly what he was doing, and worked constantly! Can not say enough about how great it looks! Highly recommend!!

Took more than 6months from the time ordered to finished. Had many issues that had to be redone. Had to clean up after workers. Still not happy that they cut the shower door shorter than the rest of the enclosure.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!We had a tub and surround installed on Dec 12th. It was never done right. The tech did not put the caulking on correctly and they have been out 3 times to fix it and i'm still having problems with. Douglas hasn't called me to schedule a time to fix it.Very disappointed I called on 3/10/2020 and 3/12/2020. My tub insert filled up with water between the tube and the old tub leaving it spongy feeling. They said it would go away but it hasn't. I feel like i threw 5000 away and ill never do business with them again

I would recommend you have in writting when your bathroom would be installed. We were promised within 2 weeks this project, which we spent over $11K, would be "expedited" because we have a wheelchair bound 90 year old that needed a walk in shower ASAP.

Smooth and painless...done in three days, awesome! I had contractors give me bids that had the same scope of work taking two to four weeks.

They give good service when we finally got it but we were delayed over and over. The quality of work was phenomenal. The man that came to the house was very knowledgeable. However the price is way too high compared to the quality of materials they have.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchases a one piece fit over tub and they installed a 2 piece set because the ASSUMED there was going to be a vanity in the way. No one contacted me about this and the salesman did not mention this during his visit. We are in the process of remodeling the bathroom so there was no vanity in the way. The wrong shower curtain rod was installed and when I brought it up to the installer he argued with me. When I contacted bathfitter regarding the issues we had, they made me feel like what they did was fine. The sales man came back to the house and admitted that they dropped the ball in communication and ordered the wrong materials. They wanted to just come and patch the hole in wall once they replaced the shower curtain rod. They had sent an installer back to replace the tub and I have to wait another 2 weeks to have the walls replaced. This project was suppose to take one day, but since they screwed up it has been a month and I can not place a vanity in my bathroom until it is complete, due to the fact I am afraid they will ruin it. I absolutely will not recommend this company and I am super disappointed in the amount I paid for the treatment I received.

This company did quality work; we are really happy with the new shower.

Two of the trim pieces were a wrong color match, but we have been assured that as soon as the new shipment comes in they will be replaced. All in all, we have been very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

This is the second time that I have used Bath Fitter. I really enjoy working with the people that we have talked to. The workers have always been excellent, and I have do not have any complaints. If I had a third bathroom, then I would use them again.

Our shower turned out beautiful and the work that was done was perfect in every way. We were very pleased.

The follow up on salesman is not as good as it should be with regards to returning calls or follow through. I explained my shower door is not mounted level as with door open water drains opposite direction in collection at bottom of door and dumps water on the floor instead of returning to shower as designed. Installer did a perfect job but was glad I inspected as project proceeded as he was not aware of the promises made regarding installation from sales person Josh. Had I not been knowledgeable this would not have gone well.

Jerry the salesman is the one that talked us into it. He helped us out from the beginning and it was a delightful experience. He was incredible, and he did not let us down. We are enjoying it and it has a lot to do with him, I just wanted to say thank you to Jerry. He directed us and said you will love this and we have not regretted it. He is a valuable asset to the company.

I'm satisfied with the value overall, but it took 2.5 months for installation -WAY too long considering the conversion was for my elderly, fall-risk Alzheimer's suffering mother.
