I am not happy with the customer service. I tried to call Haley twice because the grout has mold in it, and I can't scrub it with bleach or anything like I used to.

Was not left instructions and special tool to adjust shower door rollers.

It's a nice unit. The only problem I had with it was when the lady came over to show me how and what to do and explained things. My shower drain was supposed to be where it was supposed to be. They moved it on me; that is the only disagreement I have with Jacuzzi.

I can not recommend JBRC to others due to a lack of communication from them. A sign that once they have you financially locked in they no longer care about the customer.

We love our new walk-in shower. I didn't know what I was getting into when I called the number on the TV. We had a Jacuzzi rep come over and explain everything to us. We selected what we wanted for the shower. Our rep did not put any pressure on us to buy in. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the product and company. We decided to go ahead with Jacuzzi. Once they arrived everything happened, just like the rep said it would. The team worked very efficiently, very knowledgeable, and to my surprise, completed it that day! Did I say, we love our shower.

I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to my friends that have the money to spend on a shower. The product is great but it's very expensive.

I would feel very confident that a friend would receive the same great and attentive service we received from your entire team.

The contractors that installed were quick and very personal

I feel like what I was told at the beginning was misleading. The time estimate was way off. I was told they did all bathroom work except for the painting. However, they did a bad job on the drywall. I would not use them again.

The installation went great, but getting to that point was kind of trying. No one got back to us.

They do excellent work and they are incredibly neat and tidy. They were cleaner than I usually am.

I give them a five for their response to problems. There was one little area we had an issue with, and they were in there the day after we called to fix it.

The process was easy, and the team was very professional.

We had our master bath remodeled including shower, tub, vanity, sink, toilet, lighting, and floors done. Even with having to remove a jacuzzi style tub and tile floors they were done in 4 days. The guys were great, professional, and a pleasure to work with as were the sales staff, project manager, and company customer service contact. We were so pleased with the outcome that we have hired them to update another bathroom. Highly recommend.

All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their showers / bathtubs. We had an old clunky fiberglass shower and a retro black bathtub with god knows what material. The new shower and bathtub look AWESOME! For the shower, we did a gray subway tile on the front and back and herringbone / chevron on the side - it really transformed our entire bathroom as it’s the centerpiece of the room. Where else can you find a DOUBLE LIFETIME warranty that can be transferred to a new owner if you sell your house? Thats a great bonus.
They do full remodels too but can’t speak to that as we got our showers done, but based on their craftsmanship, cleanliness and workforce, would anticipate them doing a great job.
One area to set better expectations is the coordination between demo crew, plumbers, inspectors and install crew - this makes the job go a little longer than expected but a lot of that is due to the coordination with local permits and inspectors. Knowing that on the front end would have helped, but Hailey in the home office was very responsive and helped us understand the time tables.
All in all, highly recommend!

My bathroom went from a total nightmare to bold and beautiful in a week. There were a couple of bumps in the road, but the customer service team is highly responsive. Quality work was done and any associate that we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous. They cleaned up extremely well every day and made sure we checked their work before they left. If we wanted something fixed/changed/tweaked, they were happy to oblige.

I paid $24,000 for a small bathroom, and I was left with plaster on the walls that has to be sanded and painted. It's a very small bathroom that would only fit a stand-up shower, not a tub. I shouldn't have had to sand and paint the plaster after spending $24,000. I was upset about that. I have to hire someone to sand and paint. I think everything should have been done.

When we had trouble after they were done, it took a couple of months to get fixed.

The installers were nice, professional, on time, and finished when they said they would. They also came back to correct small problems, including dings on the walls. Made them look new.

The two-man team's work was professional and excellent quality. The remodeling of floor, walls and installation of furniture along with the bath conversion was seamless. Everything was cleaned and all trash removed. All items in the contract were done and then some. Great value for the money.
