Everything about my experience was just great! When my consultation was done at my house, all of my questions were answered so well. I did not feel pressured or hurried, and it was fun to choose all of the design elements I wanted.

Clean - He was very careful to lay down covering over all of my flooring from the front door to the bath. At the end of day 1, it was all pulled up, and everything in bath area was left neatly placed so as not to be in my way.

He really eased my mind that the company will stand behind their work, and that whoever came to do the work was fully licensed and trained. Brett, the installer, was a hard worker! He was on time, and very professional. He never stopped moving! I can’t believe just one guy could do all he did in just a couple of days. Even little details, like knowing that the shelves needed to be tilted imperceptibly to allow drainage of the water, or being able to help me decide placement of bench, grab bars, etc, made me feel he truly was doing the work right.

Our shower looks great, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The work was completed in two days from start to finish. Cloths were put on the hallway floors leading to our bath so no dirty foot traffic or construction debris touched them. We will have Bath Planet do another shower for us when we need to replace in another bathroom.

Sales Knowledge - We had used a local contractor to replace our shower. He subbed out the work and would not redo what was done poorly. We had to start all over and have the shower redone. Reuben looked at pictures I had taken while the other job was being done, viewed the completed work, and spotted many defects. We decided to go with Bath Planet because of other reviews and because we had already been scammed by a local contractor. Reuben listed to our concerns, gave a reasonable quote, and we are very pleased with the end result. We should have used Bath Planet the first time!! We leaned an expensive lesson by redoing the shower twice!!!

Very efficient with the clean out of my old tub/shower combo. Great workmanship of the new shower system installed. Chris was a very knowledgeable and friendly installer. The end product is fantastic. I have already started to recommend to others.

Additional Comments - It was life-changing to shower in our own shower again. We had a ghetto setup for a year, so it's amazing to have our own shower back in our bathroom. My mom said it looks like a spa!

I felt the people I dealt with in the office and at my house were very knowledgeable and very nice with which to work. The salesperson was very good with suggestions and as I found excellent with his measurements. The installer was excellent.

Bath Planet owner was great at the Home Show! Very nice to meet, very knowledgeable. I really like the look of the display and how it was finished. The life long warranty was a big plus. Chris our installer was very nice. He very curious about my things. I purchased the nickel plated fixtures but the tub had the chrome fixtures. He was able to come back and replaced them with the nickel. Now everything looks amazing and clean.
