The whole experience was a good one from the initial estimate to the the installation.They did what they said they would do and it was done at the time they said they would it and for the price they said it would be.It looks very good --the guy who did it was very professional, aware of keeping things clean, and moving things at a good pace, but not too fast causing a shoddy job. I was really happy with the end product.

Clean - Our installer Charles Johnson was amazing, I have never had builders or contractors work so quietly, efficiently or cleanly in my home before. Every surface was protected and every surface was cleared and cleaned including floors. Exceptional!

Communication - Communication from head office as well as our installer Charles Johnson was above expectation. They were always willing to work with us over any time delays or minor changes we needed. Phone calls and texts were always replied to in a timely manner.

Seams are smooth (practically invisible), everything was installed beautifully and is aligned and level. Nothing out of place that draws your focus. Everything is perfect.

Sales Knowledge

Sales Knowledge - Our salesperson was also excellent. I feel bad that I am unable to remember his name but from the moment he entered our house we knew he was genuine, knowledgeable and was not trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. 2 other companies had previously over sold and over quoted us with untruths and scare tactics. This man just wanted to tell the truth about how good his product and company is, ask what we actually wanted and needed, show us our options and give us the quote we deserved. Not something you see everyday in a sales driven do and say anything to close a sale world. I hope someone looks up his name and he gets the recognition he deserves for his exceptional work.
