Our experience was the total opposite of the stereotype which one hears in regard to contractors working in one's home. The work was performed exactly to the timescale we were given and with minimal disturbance to our household.

Probably i would not recommend because i think they are expensive for what we had installed.

I am pleased with the product. The cost was high and I didn't like that the invoice didn't separate out the cost of materials. Don't know the price of the faucet that was used.

My new shower is wonderful. The old tub was removed and a new shower installed. I feel so much safer not stepping into a tub, it's only 4" now to get into my new shower. Love it!

We were very impressed and thankful to find Bath Planet because we had issues from our shower that no one could fix. They came in and gave us a new shower. It is beautiful and it was easy for us. I highly recommend them.

Bath Planet did not do what they said they were going to do. I called them and they tried to minimize the damage. Bath Planet needs to rectify this situation IMMEDIATELY. I'll be waiting.

When they came to install the tub, the removal of the previous tub enclosure made a bit of a mess. They went above and beyond to put in the new installation to where it covered that up, and it looks great.

I am more than pleased with our new shower. They made the process easy and was with us each step along the way. It took quite awhile to get on the schedule because of delays in delivering of the materials but someone would reach out to update us regularly. The shower is beautiful. Our salesman had great suggestions on how to keep us within budget but not compromising on what was important to us.

I have already told friends and family how pleased I was with the job. Also told them that if they had a new tub or shower in mind, to definitely use Bath Planet. They would not be disappointed.

If a friend is interested in exploring a vinyl solution, I would definitely recommend BathPlanet. I would also recommend if they are merely considering a nontile solution.
