They were efficient. They kept me informed of shipment and installation dates. The guy cleaned up the site every day after they were finished. They wore masks inside. They were very kind about coming out to do the measurements and talk over product options. They were very helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all. I can't say enough good things about them.

They are great people to work with.

The installer Nathan did a marvelous job converting our old fiberglass shower/tub into a fantastic looking walk in shower. The bathroom (almost 40 years old) now is fresh and clean looking. He had professional help from Travis who also replaced a corner caddy (my wife did not like) with a shelf unit that included al foot rest. Bath Planet did not charge anything extra for this customization. Both installers were highly professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. When it comes to challenges and details, I am a perfectionist, and Nathan exceeded me by a mile! We have already praised their work and Bath Planet to several of our friends and family, and will use Morgan again when other projects in our house will be needed.Roland and Cathleen Schneider

Recognized Excellence - Danny, lead on our install crew, was outstanding. Detail oriented, friendly, professional and all around awesome craftsman.

They had to come out three times. That was disappointing. It wasn't until the third time, the person did it right.

The overall experience. The communication was last minute and I had to wait another week from the actual start date for the work to be done. Being provided the wrong information and I was over-promised.

Unfortunately, I have to sell the house due to issues with a trust. I conveyed this information to Bath Planet and tried to cancel the installation and was informed I would have to pay half the money if I cancelled. They did not care about my situation.

Turned out great but pricey. I was told that I would get 0% financing but in reality what I signed was over 7% interest. I was taken and I'm not happy about it. They will not do anything to resolve it.

I am totally not satisfied with the remodel of my bathroom. The materials used were not of the quality that was presented during the sales orientation, the workmanship was horrible. The only good thing was that they were clean. The original work was done fast, but the rework was not. I am still waiting for my bathroom to be completed and this work was started a month ago if not longer. I would not recommend Bath Planet to my worst enemy.

The work was PERFECT-completed on time and a WONDERFUL experience. The ONLY issue was a Susan Mobely that I spoke with-regarding an issue-was disrespectful -snotty and rude. If NOT for the GREAT install crew--would NEVER recommend Bath Planet--but- their GREAT service--caring attitude and wonderful talent--made the experience MUCH better than the office worker Susan.
