I am just very satisfied with the shower.

Other than the timeframe for when they were going to do it, that is the only problem I had. I just think they schedule too much work ahead of time.

Our experience was the total opposite of the stereotype which one hears in regard to contractors working in one's home. The work was performed exactly to the timescale we were given and with minimal disturbance to our household.

They are very professional and precise in their measurements. Any changes, they asked me first.

I would suggest putting in a soap dish.

I think they could better explain more about having non-skid flooring for the bath for older people, because that was our biggest concern. My husband has cancer and has just had his hip removed.  The flooring of the bath was so slippery that he fell while trying to get out of the bath. I feel there should be a non-slip feature at the bottom of the bath.
