Other than the timeframe for when they were going to do it, that is the only problem I had. I just think they schedule too much work ahead of time.

My bathroom layout was probably not the standard because of an arched window and a larger space than the walk-in tub required. The salesman who measured and designed the install was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I appreciated his painting a picture in my mind of how a walk-in tub will function and took extra steps to help me feel comfortable with it.
The installers were very respectful of my home and, although they encountered challenges, took extra measures and time to make sure everything was installed correctly and esthetic.

They were real good about everything other than the communications in between the delays. They could have been a little bit better. They made everything correct for all of the delays. Even though they were a little bit late on a product that got shipped where they could have contacted me beforehand a little bit earlier, they did over compensate us to correct that problem. I give them a 5 across the board for everything.
