This is just because of the things they put around the outside where they didn't replace the wood, and they told me it was okay. It's not okay. It was not a good job, what they did, and that was $3,000. There were a couple of things I pointed out and they said it was okay, but it wasn't. I didn't call them after that happened because I thought what could they do? I wouldn't recommend them.

Bay Area Roofing was prompt and communicated very well. I noticed a dip in my roof so I don't think they replaced some of the wood on my roof. It is not straight. Other than that, they kept their word. They came when they said they would. I would recommend them.

I was satisfied with the work except for the valleys. Those I weren't happy with. I don't have any leaks though. The color of the grout isn't good on the roof. My house stands out from other houses because of the grout. It does not match the tile. The house nextdoor to me, it does match.
