Bay to Bay was a great experience from the office answering the phone on the first ring to completion. Manny S arrived on time to explain to me the entire roofing process. The shingles were delivered and the process was professional and well done. Vick was knowledgeable and answered any further questions. The wind mitigation report was done quickly and professionally. Overcharge entire process due to damage from Hurricane Milton.

Great sales person price and installers.

The workers were great, as far as the charges there were unexpected fees that was way more than expected. There was no working on the price.

Everything was great from beginning to end except the issue of reinstalling the screens on my gutters. I was told they would and the crew said no. Now I have to hire someone to reinstall the screens which I was not expecting.

The crew got there at the prescribed time and the work was completed in one day during the day the crew made sure to clean and make sure there were no nails laying around all the Old shingles were picked up and thrown in the trash, the roof looks great

Bay to Bay did a wonderful job on our roof. They did take a long period of time to get started. However, when they did jump on the job all their employs were very professional and answered all my concerns.

Price was great! Work seemed to be good. Started out rough as supervisor was late and the workers did not know what to do or used my ladder and talked trashy concerning my roof. "Your back roof looks like sh*t!"

Scott was very knowledgeable and followed up with us without prompting. Carl kept us informed as the job progressed. The install crew led by Luis Miguel was awesome. The office staff was very polite. The roof was installed in one day, and not a scrap of trash was left to be cleaned up. What a great experience. Highly recommend Bay to Bay.

Overall we are very happy with the roofing job. The salesman was great and the foreman was good. The roofers worked hard and were great. The staff in the office was also very helpful and pleasant. The only issue is how they push you to do reviews. They tell you that if you leave reviews then the staff will get a bonus. Also they tell you they pay a $50 referral fee but we referred four different people and each time they never followed through with the referral payment. We had to call and email multiple times to finally get it done. Those are just minor things they could improve on but the price and quality of work are great.

Had many quotes done for my home, the representative that came to my house was the only one who brought real samples of shingles and explained everything with images and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on.
