I've used BCI on 3 occasions now, and referred a family member another time. These services include a roof leak repair, 2 full roof installs, gutters, entry door, stone facade, and sun tunnel replacement. Price always seems fair, and the final product never disappoints.

There price was pretty comparable with other companies. The install went quick and they finished mostly everything in one day except they had to come back to finish a couple other things afterwards. There were a couple misunderstandings but they were figured out. They used our existing gutters but after they reattached them they are not fully sealed in areas and are now leaking between the gutter and apron, I have called a couple times but issue has not yet been resolved yet. I’m sure they are just waiting for nicer weather to arrive so they can safely address issue. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

They finished the job in three days, the clean-up and everything. They did a fantastic job on the flashing on the chimney. They actually cut into the chimney and put the flashing flush with it. It was unbelievable. They did a really good job.

We were extremely impressed with the knowledge and suggestions provided to us by our Project Specialist Steven Kluck! Steven actually went up on our roof and recorded a visual inspection of our deteriorating roof for our benefit so that we could make a more informed decision on what to do next. Kurt, our Roofing and Construction Foreman, was a true craftsman along with his team of roofers. Kurt also performed additional improvements to our roofing area because he wanted his workmanship to be outstanding and to achieve the result of a very satisfied customer! We are so pleased and fortunate to have chosen BCI Exteriors, Inc. as our roofing, skylight, and gutter/downspout installers. The new gutter/downspout installer and his helper also did an outstanding job. Steven Kluck's recommendation and knowledge of a new skylight installation for us was extremely helpful in solving our overall roofing problem.

I needed the roof on my house and porch replaced. When Steve came out, I made it clear that I wanted quality materials installed correctly. I also wanted a crew that would show up when they were scheduled and, if they could not be there at that time, notify me as soon as possible. I consider good communication a necessity. He assured me that communication was very important to BCI. The initial inspection was thorough. The crew came when I expected them. They were courteous and kept the jobsite clean except for a few small scraps. I monitored the job and what was installed was what I expected. It was an excellent job with one exception. The porch has only one layer of underlayment and a layer of bead board on the ceiling. The nails used were too long and no one noticed they were coming through the ceiling and splitting the bead board in places. I notified Steve when I noticed the problem. He came out and took pictures and assured me it would be taken care of if they had to rip everything off including the bead board and replace it. I said I would be happy if they ground down the nails, patched the holes and painted it. This is what they did, and I actually think it looks better now than it did even though it had been professionally painted the year before. In addition, I had them replace a gutter that had leaks. The workers who came out to do that initially came, looked at the job and left without saying anything to me. When I called and asked about it, they said they didn’t know how they were going to get such a long piece of gutter where it should go because of the structures around my house. It took a few calls to get them to reschedule and come out to finish the job. It has been completed, but I still have one question about the downspout that remains unanswered. I also requested that a piece of aluminum covering my fascia be replaced. That was done by another crew, and I’m very satisfied with how it looks. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with the job that BCI did. A friend said they did a good job for her, and I recommended them to a friend, who had a very difficult job completed and is also very satisfied.

BCI Exteriors is very good at communicating from their initial meeting with you until the job is complete. They go over everything as to what supplies (items, quantities, colors etc.) and services you will be receiving and when as well as the total cost eliminating potential errors or misunderstandings. The site supervisor was excellent including going on the roof as needed to monitor the work. He addressed our questions and concerns quickly. The work crew was hard working, accurate, and efficient. The office staff was polite and helpful. BCI Exteriors made us feel like we were all on the same team.

BCI is extremely professional, all their employees are courteous and always helpful to meet our needs and requests. It was a pleasure to work with them, they were the best contractors we had in the 30 years of home ownership.

The product is as expected although the communication along the way was disappointing. The project required constant follow up from us, resulting in multiple phone calls and a poor customer experience.

We had to do more project management on the project than they did, and it was far more of a hassle to me to make sure my work was done appropriately. I wouldn't put someone else in that same position because they use subcontractors.

They were very nice to work with. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The salesman we had was very helpful, however, when he sent an email, he did not follow up to see if we read it. I, unfortunately, did not open the email as I forgot about it. When I finally did open the email 2-3 weeks after receiving it, it was to be signed so that material could be ordered. I do realized this was my fault for not opening the email right away, however, as a sales representative, you would have thought that he would call and ask if I received the email when there was no replay within a week. The day before the project was to begin, two gentlemen came to our home on a Sunday afternoon and were found walking around the house. They did not come to the door to state why they were there. We had no idea that someone from BCI was coming that day, especially a Sunday as no one communicated that to us. A little advanced notice would have been appreciated. The crew was always there on time and picked up after themselves very well with the exception of several cigarette butts found on our lawn. When the job was completed, we were never called by anyone from BCI to inquire if we were satisfied with the job done or the product itself. Actually, we have never been contacted to this day to see if we are satisfied.

I met with number of estimators in November 2015. After reviewing product literature and contract language I decided on BCI Exteriors located in Menomonee Falls. Our roof was installed in April 2016. BCI Exteriors personal were very professional before and during the installation. It took about four days with a crew of four roofers to tear off our old roof and install the new one (Oakridge Shingle in Peppermill Gray). This included a new chimney cap and Velux Residential skylight.Every day the crew would take time in covering up and protecting the vegetation around our house. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything and other than the roofing materials and dumpster in front of the house, you would never know they were here.Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with BCI Exteriors Inc.
