Our goal is to be up front and honest with every client, earn your respect, and offer outstanding customer service that is second to no one! Simple right? We think so! Sadly we hear time and time again how a consumer reached out to a business for goods or services only to never hear back or be told that they will respond in 1-2 days with a proposal, only for it to turn into 1-2 weeks! Contract process is detailed and simple. Installation was flawless. They deliver what they tell you at the time of the estimate.

The project was completed in a very efficient way. It started on schedule and was done in one and half days. Areas around the house were cleaned meticulously. Nothing was damaged during the project, including the driveway (the dumpster on 4 tires and a stand was great). We are very pleased with the roof replacement results.

Professional & Organized - The team fixed many problems created by the original roofer 25 years ago: the roof was leaking for 25 years due to missing flashing; 2 bathrooms exhausts were erroneously left inside the attic.

John the salesman was very knowledgeable about the roofing replacement process and guided me through it quickly and efficently answering any questions i had. Steve the project manager arrived on time with the crew and they did a great job replacing the roof on the main home and also my shed. The roofing crew was also hard working and made sure the job was done perfectly so i am once again a satisfied customer

Communication - From initial contact through completion this company was above most of the competition in communicating. Most just made an estimate from satellite photos and emailed me the estimate.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Outstanding presentation of everything you need to know about roof installation, permiting, OSHA requirements, building code requirements and materials. Given that roof replacement is ripe for a scam, this thorough presentation allayed my fears. I can't tell you how many people I have had walk up to my door trying to sell me a new roof.
