Our goal is to be up front and honest with every client, earn your respect, and offer outstanding customer service that is second to no one! Simple right? We think so! Sadly we hear time and time again how a consumer reached out to a business for goods or services only to never hear back or be told that they will respond in 1-2 days with a proposal, only for it to turn into 1-2 weeks! Meryle, Rick, and Derek were all friendly, personable, and quick to answer my many questions along the way. The roofing team was in and out quickly. We don’t have a very large home so it wasn’t the biggest project for them, but they got it done hours early and cleaned up exceptionally. Derek and the team took loads of photos on the day, so it was great to see the before and after up close.

Recognized Excellence - Rick Varner was fantastic. He came in January for an inspection/sales pitch when we were considering redoing our roof with you. We ultimately decided to wait due to external factors. When he came back 5 months later when we finally decided to do it, he was ready and available to answer any questions, but didn’t needlessly go through the whole inspection of the roof & attic and sales pitch again. He had the information saved from last time and was ready to go. He also did a great job of helping color match the shingles to our detached garage which we didn’t have redone.

My roof was surprisingly completed in one day which included the replacement of about 12 pieces of plywood and installation of a solar fan and outlet for a bathroom fan. And most important: I love the color “harbor blue” which I selected to match my shutters.
