Given that roof replacement is ripe for a scam, this thorough presentation allayed my fears. I can't tell you how many people I have had walk up to my door trying to sell me a new roof.

Offered ideas and options - like gutters w/leave cover. Price is competitive. Stayed in touch as soon as contact made, through the negotiating process, and through competition including final touches and inspection with cell phones and office staff. Workman were courteous, skilled, cleaned up, roof done in two days w/o incident.

I would highly recommend Beantown Home Improvements. Right from the start the entire project went smoothly. We did a lot of research and interviewed with eight roofing companies. Beantown was right in the middle of the price range, not too high and not too low. The thing that set them apart from everyone else was they were the only roofing company to show us the contractors license, the insurance certificate, not one other builder did that. We felt their price was right around the middle of the estimates, we didn’t feel like we were being taken or scammed, we knew they were the right choice. And the roof came out fabulous, it was worth every penny we spent and we have total peace of mind with Owens Corning’s warranty. Go Beantown !

The roof was installed in one day. The crew was great with a lot of attention to detail. The clean up around the house was 👍 also.

I love my beautiful new roof. Beantown was amazing. Price was reasonable, arrived exactly when they said they would. Old double roof was off and new roof on in 7 hours. The crew was great cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Beantown.

The company was fantastic. They were responsive, took care of the job completely and efficiently, even when we decided to have more of our roof plywood removed. Derek, Dan, and Jon clearly communicated and handled each step. Derek was also great at organizing the crew and staying on site whole the work was done.

I had an overall great experience with Beantown. The only downside is the lengthy amount of time before being scheduled compared to some others I contacted and I frankly attribute that to having a healthy pipeline of work due to being very in-demand. Not necessarily a bad problem to have!

I contacted several contractors for quotes, and I chose Beantown because they are a very professional and well organized. My representative gave a great presentation demonstrating his knowledge of the area. He was candid regarding what items were necessary and what items were nice to haves. Tony and the installation team were meticulous and did the entire job in one day. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of work done.from getting excellent fair pricing from my rep to Derek keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The rep gave me a start date and they were here the day before with all materials needed and the next day( Saturday ) Derek and his crew showed up at 7am and got right to work. Derek kept me updated throughout with text and pictures of how the job was going and when they would be done. The new roof looks great and they left with my yard being cleaner than before they they started
