Overall, they are good windows, but I was very dissatisfied by the service.

The quality of work was perfect. I am really satisfied with it. I am satisfied with the gentleman who installed it. Everyone you hire should be identical to that man. I have never seen a man throw himself into his work like he did. He was excellent. I would have him do my work any day.

From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was thorough and excellent.

We highly recommend Bee Window for your window installations. We had 5 bedroom windows replaced and 2 bow windows replaced all of which were over 40 years old. We weren’t expecting any issues with the bedroom windows and there were none – they look beautiful! However, our bow windows had NOT been professionally installed, so we were expecting there could be some issues.

Our technicians Matt Lang and Donald Hodson were absolute pros at their jobs and when the unexpected happened with the bow windows, they analyzed the problems and worked with the Installation Manager, Mark Mitchell, to come up with solutions for beautiful and secure window installations.

We are so impressed with the professionalism of this install team not only for the quality of their work but also their work ethic. This Bee Window team has certainly exceeded our expectations.

Getting in touch with someone about replacement parts and service is bad.

The entire process from consultation to after installation has been difficult. During the initial consultation I mentioned that I wanted all new windows (21 in total) and was given no input on what I wanted other than color and window type. I didn’t get asked if I wanted all new full frame or replacement. I had no input in that. I was told I was getting 4 full frame and 17 replacement windows. I went back and forth on the price as he started at over $130,000 and went down to $65,000, then $55,000, and settled at $49,900. I was told I would get a detailed breakdown of what I was going to get and never received that. I was told as a 100% disabled veteran I was getting a veteran’s discount but have no proof I received anything. After installation I was told to sign for payment but never got a walkthrough for completeness or quality. After checking the windows I found screens damaged and every window was dirty with some type of debris and a couple windows were badly scratched. There was also 2 windows that had white casing and white interior frame (one of those was in the same room with a window with brown casing and interior frame and looks terrible). I called and emailed my salesman who said he would look into it but then took a few weeks to respond. He then said he would come out to check early the next week and didn’t respond until I asked him about the visit. He mentioned he has a cancellation the same day and came out later that evening. After looking at everything he made excuses about the dirt and debris in the windows due to non cleanup after installation and said that’s normal. He tried to explain away the 2 white windows and told me it would cost more to change them. When I asked him why I never received the detailed list of what I was getting he glossed over it and said he would

I asked why I wasn’t explained these options during the initial consultation and that if this was known it would have been much cheaper to change during installation instead of after where it’s a much bigger job. I got no explanation on why. I asked why I wasn’t offered 21 full frame windows quotes to decide and why I didn’t get any input beyond color and window type. No answer. I was told he is talking to his manager and it will take about a week or more to figure out what to do and I had to wait. I’m waiting until next Thursday and then I’m escalating to Bee senior lead ratio because this has been a dreadful experience.

Team did not listen, when I pointed out picture window was not leveled or centered. There was a communication issue. Also the tech in the house was coughing and putting his figure in his mouth for saliva to smooth caulk on windows.

Is just spent $6000+ dollars on a $3000 dollar job ( I just had another door installled by Lowes, same quality and half the price ) and I have not had one ollow-up call or thank you call from BEE!

The excessive expense is only for the wealthy - the quote was $55,000 but I was lucky and was getting a 65% discount - well I was in sales for over 30 years and call BS on this tag line. So for 11 windows on a single story my cost was $15,000 and the ROI was around 7 years way too long for that much money - then I was given the 12 month same as cash deal - what a joke and lie - it was $25,000 to use this feature - that is NOT THE SAME AS CASH the price should still be $15,000 FALSE ADVERTISEMENT is what that is. We only replaced two in my studio so I could work in there and it was charged more per window since we only got the two $2,000 each that’s BS too. I wasn’t going to buy them I was so mad but we did just to get those two installed quickly but there was nothing quick about it.

We didn't think the quality was up to expectations. When looking at the pieces of the window they don't fit as should. The liners are bad, there are crooked pieces, and the installers were not related to manufacturers so they had to cut the windows to fit. The colors were also not correct and we are waiting for replacements.

Total experience was very good. Installation team was on-time, did a great job, cleaned up very well and were out ahead of schedule.

The quality of the recommended fiberglass windows Infinity from Marvin once installed far exceeded anything we could have imagined. The impact of the windows, particularly the greatly improved views from inside, far exceeded anything we could have imagined. The two large slider windows recommended by the sales person that replaced old multiple side by side double hung windows was something we would not have thought of that dramatically improved the views. The improved quietness from outside noises and the tint so people outside cannot see inside very much in the daytime when we can completely see outside were good surprises. Installation was top quality. Some siding improvements on the front of the house turned out great and replaced wood surfaces that did not hold paint well in the afternoon sun from the west.

The sales process was smooth and informative, and the installers were efficient and respectful of the space.

I would recommend shopping around. Very expensive.

My experience with Bee Window was fine. We are very happy with the product. The people were very nice, it was efficient, it took a little longer than anticpated. Other than that, everything was great!

Took 3 different trips and 3 different sets of "installers" to make the windows look like they were installed by an actual company and not someone off the street. Provided an hour window of arrival, each time they were 1-2 hours later than promised with no communication. Installation team showed up, one guy hopped out and unhooked the trailer and the other guy drove away. Installer broke our picture window frame, tried to close to window and pretend like he didn't see it. Couldn't reach the top of the window outside doing caulk, so he just squirted it around and hoped for the best. Tried to call my sales person but turns out he left the company before my install date and apparently didn't pass my job along to the manager. Trying to get in touch with literally anyone at this company is a joke. Finally I got the direct number of a manager of some kind, he told me he couldn't help me and passed my call around. If it weren't for me making call after call and sending picture after picture of the absolutely terrible work they did, I would still have a broken window & putty filling in 1/2" gaps throughout all 8 windows we replaced. Never an offer of an install refund even after THREE DIFFERENT TIMES of scheduling rework, boarding our dogs, taking off work to wait the 3-4 hours for them to arrive and moving furniture in all the rooms to make space for the install. Pathetic. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I already recommended a friend for a Bee quote and spoke to others regarding my total satisfaction. I have further work for Bee in the future.
