The installers were very nice and professional.

I had Bee replace all my siding with insulated siding, all windows, and exterior doors back in 2014. Best upgrades for my modular home ever! Recently I had my front porch enclosed. Bee was the best choice due to quality products and solid craftsmanship. It is fabulous!! Bee employees take a lot of pride in their work and it shows!!

The installers didn't show up the day they were supposed to so we wasted a day at home waiting for them. Once installed, the windows are thicker than our old ones and our blinds no longer fit. We have to purchase new blinds now.

Overall, we are happy with the quality and process of Bee Window, Inc., but I question if the pricing is a little high.

Sloppy work and had to add pieces to make it look right instead of doing it right to start with. Completely unsatisfied the way the job turned out. Was yelled at on the phone by someone in the install dept, I believe her name was Taylor or started with a T. She then accused me of throwing the crew out of the house which I didn't. Mark came down and he tried to collect and I told him I'd pay when it was done. He even suggested you could sue me to get your money. He promised to come back and be here when the second Nick showed up and he never showed up. Nick tried to call him and when he got ahold of him he said he just got back in town. My grandson walks in the other day, takes a look at it and says I don't like those corner pieces on there. neither do I and if it was done right to start with they would not have had to have been put on there. Neighbors ask if I would recommend you and I told them absolutely NOT. The only person I will give any good word for is the sales man Jeff Sauter. He was nice and convinced us you would do a good job and you let him down as well. One end of our shower pan is sitting on the floor and the other end is just floating and not sitting on anything. He somehow messed up our shower head and now the hand held doesn't work.

We have used Bee Window for a number of years now. At least 10 years ago, we purchased 11 windows for our home and we have no complaints. They were very clean with the installation, and we had no mess that was left. Our daughter that lives in the home loves the new windows.

We highly recommend Bee Window for your window installations. We had 5 bedroom windows replaced and 2 bow windows replaced all of which were over 40 years old. We weren’t expecting any issues with the bedroom windows and there were none – they look beautiful! However, our bow windows had NOT been professionally installed, so we were expecting there could be some issues.

Our technicians Matt Lang and Donald Hodson were absolute pros at their jobs and when the unexpected happened with the bow windows, they analyzed the problems and worked with the Installation Manager, Mark Mitchell, to come up with solutions for beautiful and secure window installations.

We are so impressed with the professionalism of this install team not only for the quality of their work but also their work ethic. This Bee Window team has certainly exceeded our expectations.
