The honest.

I was very happy with the quick instillation of my new patio sliding door with screen. It has a lock at the door handle and a lock at the bottom, so I never have to rely on a broom stick for extra protection. Installers were very knowledgable. I belive because they are part owners of the business.

They did a great job coming in to do an evaluation and to show me examples. The only thing I did not realize and wish I had been told first is the screens are on the outside of the windows and not the inside. They did a nice job with the installation, and then I noticed that the screens were on the outside. He showed me how I can open the window and put the screen back.

I would recommend Bee Window to everyone that is thinking about replacing windows. The product is great, but what sold me were the installers because they did a great job. They clean up, and you cannot even tell that they were here after they leave.

The windows were installed as promised and look very nice. The replacement Bee Window, Inc. did on the outside is also very nice, and the windows work well.

Ultimately you exceeded even your most optimistic timelines. The only problem was the communication in the middle.

We were initially told 2 to 6 weeks for install which we were fine with.
When we called about timelines 2.5 weeks in we were told 12-16 weeks which caused a big domestic explosion in my wife's head.
After that explosion you almost immediately scheduled to install the door practically the next day.

So it turned out wonderfully but there was an unusual spot of chaos in the middle that wasn't really necessary.

But to the positive, it was a streamline sales process and it's a truly magnificent door. Just a bit of unwanted domestic turmoil in the middle of the process.

Will recommend to anyone!

From sales to installation and follow-up, this Indiana team was thorough and knowledgeable in how they worked and were a good team. It was also nice to talk to a real person quickly when I needed to contact them. The quality of the windows will decrease our electric bill I’m sure going from 66year old windows to new ones. My windows don’t rattle in the back of the house when the front door shuts anymore. I am very pleased!

They put new glass in, and I didn't get what I wanted at all. The salesman knew, and to rectify the problem, they suggested a window door, after I paid $ 10k for this window. I can't see out of it, and it is a safety concern for me. I wanted a privacy window where I could see out, but you cannot see in. I help with mental health and drug-related patients in a bad area, and I want to be able to see out. I'm stuck with a window that I didn't want, and they have not rectified the problem.

Love the new windows themselves, but I had a great experience with each Bee person that came to my house. Installers got right to work and picked up and swept up any mess. Very pleased.

I was disillusioned with the communication of everything. The salesman talked about everything that night. He seemed to be honest. I'm not saying he's dishonest. He told me one thing, and the guy who came to me to measure told me something different. It was supposed to be done in 1 day, but it took 3. The installers were able to move the drain from the tub to the shower. Everyone said something different, and I was not happy with that. I was told numerous different things.

The Bee Window salesperson was very thorough in explaining the entire process. We were given enough time to move items away from our windows and prepare for the workers. Everything went off as scheduled. There were no problems and we are very satisfied.

Will not recommend. Poor quality installation and window locks at 7 feet high. Poor design. Horrible at returning calls when they say they will.

Windows (Marvin) are great, sales rep was efficient and helpful. Installers did a terrific job. Order management, however, was a disaster. Took 6+ months after order to get windows installed. Window production delayed, and then not produced correctly. No communication from Bee Window on problems and timing until asked.

Teddy, the sales rep was very personable and knowledgeable about all products. He listened to what we wanted and did not push more expensive items. He was always available by phone for calls or questions or changes. He initially was contacted for windows and then we changed to get the walk in shower done first. He sent pictures (drawings) of what I was thinking and discussed if those ideas would be safe for my 95 year old mother, He was very patient with all plans and changes.

Men arrived when expected,worked all day got the job done and cleaned up after themselves.
