Poor communication throughout.

From the salesman to the installer we had such a great experience.

Everything was explained with great detail. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Install was precise. Would definitely recommend to others.

I am not satisfied at all. I have installation issues which I have sent pictures as requested per message. No response yet

Quality and pricing of windows

When you schedule a job please be able to fully explain a change in scheduling to the customer. A nearly 2 week bump was something I have never seen before. As they say-- "Do Better."

The installer was professional. The craftsmanship seems awesome.

The products that were used on our home seemed to be a good quality. The actual installers did a wonderful job. However, the communications and timelines that were given were not accurate at all. It made for a frustrating project and challenging to know what to count on and when.

Scheduling was poorly communicated for windows and We were told they would send two crews of two to install and it would take two days. Then they changed that to a crew of three

The worker had to do my windows by himself. Took 6 hours instead of quoted 3 hours. Worked in rain wind and cold. Did an amazing job Was very very courteous and pleasant to be around

I have 8 bathrooms installed by Bee in the last year and I am very satisfied with both the install and product quality for a reasonable cost.

The project from quote to completion was smooth. The installers we clean, quite, and professional.

The windows are not installed well, they did not finish caulking them. Nobody followed up until I called and complained. Nobody scheduled to fix the issue until we called to schedule it. The issue still isn't fixed. Poor communication, poor customer service and terrible instalation.

They did a great job on our windows and were knowledgeable in what they did.

I could tell the room was warmer right away. The window is very attractive. We enjoy having the blinds open and looking out at our back yard. No more small panes obstructing the view!

My tiles and floor was damaged. The shower floor was to be slide resistance and is not. It is just as slippery as the tub is had removed.
