We had our windows done years ago and were very pleased.
They have been great to work with, very honest, and installed the windows ahead of their scheduled time.
The install was scheduled on 03/12, they cancelled that morning. Rescheduled for 03/21, sent 1 installer for the job. He could not do the install by himself.
Mark the install manager came out, said the windows were ordered in the wrong size. Not impressed with him at all. Robbie installed 1 window, they put white caulk in the inside. I do not like this. I have had 12 other windows installed with Bee. None of the other windows have caulk. It looks terrible. They left and did not clean a thing.
The work was great. The physical work - outstanding. The salesperson was deliberately misleading. All we talked about was how Bee offering the 24 mos SAC was why we chose them. He spent 2.5 hours (weekday evening) with us, and this was baked in the entire conversation. 24 months same as cash. He drew up the costs (we had 2 bathrooms and an entry way door) at 6.9% APR, us thinking that was what the rate would be during the 24 months, he knew this was what we thought. We wanted to avoild paying interest and had a plan to pay it off before the accrued interest would hit. IT WAS NOT. In fact, on page 13 of our contract, it doesn't even state specifically what the loan terms are, just a plan number - so we just trusted that what we spoke about was the deal. He signed us up for a loan that accrued interest immediately. Upon calling Bee about this, they said they had "just filed the final paperwork" so they could not fix it. I will never trust a Bee salesperson again. We have learned our lesson. And the "sales" that are offered, like get 2 showers and get one 40% off or free even.... they just inflate the "starting" amount to give the appearance of a good deal. When the salesperon got word that I was upset, I got a call saying "you signed the paperwork" and really didn't give a crap - he hustled us. How dare he not honor the content of the conversation. By the time we were signing, we were exhausted - I also think this is a sales tactic. Wear the homeowner out, over stay and over talk, then when it comes time to sign, you are less inclined to second guess what you are signing. NEVER AGAIN. I want to warn everyone to ask to see a contract with actual numbers of term lengths and percentages. Not "financing" and a mysterious plan number.
Did not get responses to questions that we had prior to installation and following installation.
Communications were great when we called to express our interests in buying but the Service department is disappointing

Mike was our installer. He did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. He was finished with both our bathrooms in 2 days. Our experience with both these men and the rest of the team was amazing.
Job was not completed as discussed. When I contacted the rep and stated I needed to speak to someone about it i received a message back that said "Of course" and then nothing more. I contacted my sales rep and he advised he would reach out to the office. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back.

I recommended them to my neighbor when I first got the sale before they started the work. Follow-through is the only struggle I've had. I was trying to get some service with the lock on the siding door not functioning properly, as pointed out by the installer. He had to get a part ordered and fix it. When I tried to call to follow-up on it, the switchboard wasn't working; it kept getting disconnected. I left a message and even left the president a message, but no one ever called me back. I had to finally call my salesman who was no longer with the company to get me in touch with someone. I left a voicemail for him and he finally called me back to confirm the work order.
I was aggravated because it shouldn't have been this big of a struggle to get something fixed that wasn't my fault.
Great product and great installation
We ordered these windows back in the Sept 1, 2025. First install was mid November 2025, one of the windows was broken, so they had to order another one, meanwhile, someone called to get the balance if what we owed…not getting a fine until it is complete. When that window came in(finally in January) this was scheduled mid January, the day of the installation, we were called to tell us the sash was broken and they had to order a new one..
The new one came in and was installed on March 11th…they did not bring the screen and said they had to order it..and once again, someone called me to get final payment…this is on going and you will not get my payment until everything is done! Terrible!!
Overall, very happy with our experience.

We had a terrible install tech at the beginning. He was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and took no precautions to protecting our home, air quality, or well being.
Initial sales person was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, not "pushy", we were so impressed that we did not seek any other opinions- we went ahead with the purchase
