I try not to recommend but tell of my experiences

Quality product, great installation team.

I will refer friends and family to be window because I was given a fair price the people that I have interacted with was very professional and they cleaned up after and I can already tell that I needed the windows My furnace used to come on every 3 to 4 minutes now it's about every 20 minutes so I know I'm going to be saving money with the b windows and they look so nice I had a big picture window put in the front of my home and it looks gorgeous also two windows and a bedroom and a single window in a third bedroom

The install crew from start to finish was great to work with.

We were quoted a much lower total cost, a much, much quicker turnaround time and the communication was poor throughout the whole process. Much of the time I was the one reaching out for an update and responses were usually short, unprofessional, uninformed and there was NO accountability taken. I talked to countless contacts from Bee and never felt like anyone knew what was going on or could be of any real value or help.

I would recommend Bee to anybody looking for a professional, good quality, honest, window company that meets and beats expectations.

We had an excellent experience with Bee every step of the way. I'm a pretty hard critic related to customer service, quality of the product, etc and was thoroughly happy with everything. In fact, the one style of window that slides side to side was much nicer than I had expected. The option to fully remove the windows was a great unexpected feature to really open up the room and let fresh air in.

Our service has been terrible since we signed the contract and paid. The door is not the quality we expected and the installation was poorly done. We’ve reached out several times to get someone to come fix our issues and we keep getting the run around. This has been a terrible experience and we wish we would have gone with another company, especially since we spent over $20,000 with you all. We are extremely unsatisfied with every aspect off this process.

I believe I got a very nice walk-in shower at a reasonable price. The installation went smoothly and everyone I had any contact with at Bee Window was very professional.

Two windows had cracks in the frame and told it was just drain areas.

The gentlemen showed up in 3 degrees above zero weather. They worked until all seven windows were completed. There were no problems. They did a great job of caulking and foaming. Mario Martinez, who was the crew leader, and his crew did a great job even though it was supper cold outside.

Bee Window has been my go-to window company since 1991. I trust them with my home and with my wallet. No surprises, quality work and professional staff.

My only issue with the install was I talked to them, and it was kind of weather dependent, but they left some material and scraps behind in my yard, and when they installed some of my windows, they cracked some of my trim, and that wasn't offered to be fixed.

Team was very efficient and professional.

I would recommend because of the quality of the craftsmanship of the men working on the job.

Happy with the style/design. Had enough workers for the installation to be done the same day! Had 3 large windows install and the 3 bottom smaller windows taken out and that area was box/board in.

From the initial contact with Bee Windows everyone was great! Salesman was thorough but not pushy, ordering and follow up was good. Installation was perfect! My job was scheduled for 2 days but an extra installer came and it was finished in one. The installers were even early arriving and went to work putting floor runners down, removing a window covering I couldn't remove. They answered any questions I had while doing the work. I definitely recommend Bee Windows! Another cold snap has arrived and I'm so glad the windows and entry door are installed. I can feel a difference in the warmth of my home. Thanks Bee!

I feel like my home is “sturdier and cozier” now that the original, drafty, paint peeling, single pane glass windows from the 1940’s are gone. All went as discussed

Each individual is good to work with, but the communication is lacking between divisions. I paid have down for the work in August. They finally began in October. They had ordered the wrong doors. They were going to try to fudge it but I said no. They reordered the correct doors. We finally rescheduled for December. I waited for the worker - no worker. I finally called and who they scheduled didn’t even know he was scheduled- showed up in the afternoon. Determined original worker should come but needed to reorders wall panels. Also had wrong color grout. Waited for those to come in. Came in , rescheduled again. Finally was completed in January.
Also, they removed my si k. Smith and replaced ed with new one, but when they pulled the old one, it ripped several holes in the drywall behind the vanity. They just left the gaping holes (new vanity didn’t have a back). Based on my experience I would not recommend Bee for bathroom work.

Nothing but good. Every person was helpful and pleasant. We love the results of our new windows.
