This would have been a 5 prior to my more recent experience. After purchasing 6 windows I would have expected a prompt response when the windows I wanted quotes on were previously inspected by two Bee Window employees. I know the lighting may make it difficult to see so I wasn’t upset that this was missed but very disappointed in the lack of response when I called about this. Our initial goal was to replace any windows that were bad.
From the initial visit with the sales representative to the installers, it is obvious the customer service is the key to Bee Windows success.

From sales to install was seamless. The installers came in and got right to work. They had all the windows in a sealed in one day. Came back the next for the trim work outside.
We used Bee about 30 years ago at our old house and was impressed then with their professionalism and knowledge of windows.
As many years Bee has been around they have been doing something right. They wouldn’t be in business if they didn’t do great work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them on any job.
Everything happened the way I was told that it would happen. I never felt pressured at any stage of the decision-making process. everyone was on time for their appointments. Wind conditions were too windy for our installer to work. Safety was the prime consideration, and everyone was OK with the fact that the job went a bit long because of the high wind conditions. overall great job by everyone in involved!
The crew was great and the windows are very nice. The problem we have is that the screens keep falling out of the windows onto the ground outside. The crew must not have installed the screens properly and they are too large for us to put on.
From the very first meeting with the sales rep who did not try to pressure me in signing a contract the very first meeting. He allowed me to think about this major home improvement project. To the technician who came for final measurements to the installers everyone were so professional and friendly.
I was asked on FB who did installation. I said Bee Window.
The employees were helpful every step of the way in every department, and I enjoyed doing business with them.

They have been great to work with, very honest, and installed the windows ahead of their scheduled time.
The install was scheduled on 03/12, they cancelled that morning. Rescheduled for 03/21, sent 1 installer for the job. He could not do the install by himself.
Mark the install manager came out, said the windows were ordered in the wrong size. Not impressed with him at all. Robbie installed 1 window, they put white caulk in the inside. I do not like this. I have had 12 other windows installed with Bee. None of the other windows have caulk. It looks terrible. They left and did not clean a thing.
The work was great. The physical work - outstanding. The salesperson was deliberately misleading. All we talked about was how Bee offering the 24 mos SAC was why we chose them. He spent 2.5 hours (weekday evening) with us, and this was baked in the entire conversation. 24 months same as cash. He drew up the costs (we had 2 bathrooms and an entry way door) at 6.9% APR, us thinking that was what the rate would be during the 24 months, he knew this was what we thought. We wanted to avoild paying interest and had a plan to pay it off before the accrued interest would hit. IT WAS NOT. In fact, on page 13 of our contract, it doesn't even state specifically what the loan terms are, just a plan number - so we just trusted that what we spoke about was the deal. He signed us up for a loan that accrued interest immediately. Upon calling Bee about this, they said they had "just filed the final paperwork" so they could not fix it. I will never trust a Bee salesperson again. We have learned our lesson. And the "sales" that are offered, like get 2 showers and get one 40% off or free even.... they just inflate the "starting" amount to give the appearance of a good deal. When the salesperon got word that I was upset, I got a call saying "you signed the paperwork" and really didn't give a crap - he hustled us. How dare he not honor the content of the conversation. By the time we were signing, we were exhausted - I also think this is a sales tactic. Wear the homeowner out, over stay and over talk, then when it comes time to sign, you are less inclined to second guess what you are signing. NEVER AGAIN. I want to warn everyone to ask to see a contract with actual numbers of term lengths and percentages. Not "financing" and a mysterious plan number.
Did not get responses to questions that we had prior to installation and following installation.
Communications were great when we called to express our interests in buying but the Service department is disappointing
