The man I worked with was very thorough and professional!

I don't understand why it took so long to take care of this. They would come one day a week and work for two hours and that would be it for the week. It took over six months to get this straightened up. They hired out different companies for the flooring etc. It took a long time for people to be coming in and out of my house constantly. I wasn't comfortable with all the traffic that was coming in and out. They were professional but I never knew when they were coming.

I had to repeatedly ask for a schedule. Schedules for only parts of the work were finally given. When suggestions were made to improve, the reply was often "It would not be efficient". I don't think that reply made any reference to the cost (over $200.00 a day) of staying in a motel. If I had to use Belfor again I would require a complete schedule at the start with liquidated damages in the amount of the motel cost.
