Belfor was dependable, professional, and did a great job!

I'm very pleased with the completed kitchen, but with the pandemic, it was a slow process. I guess thisoccurred with other businesses, too. I was treated with respect and the workmen were very skillful, even installing my new stove and over the range microwave for me. I would recommend them for any work in restoration, as that is their business.

My experience with Belfour has been a nightmare. It looks 3 months to get my work started and almost a year for my project to be finished. The Belfour supervisor, Kevin was terrible. He was rude, unprofessional and not receptive to me voicing concerns. They tried to put materials that did not match even though my insurance company paid for everything to be replaced. Kevin spoke negatively about me and sent text messages that were not what you would expect from a company. I would absolutely or recommend them and would advise you stay away.

They lied about everything. They came and gave me an estimate for what they had to do. When the second man came, he gave me an estimate for $3000 extra what the original was. They didn't do any work and a year later they came and gave me a bill for what they didn't do. The bill started at $7000 and I got it down to $2000. That was just so I could be done with the whole process. They apologized for being liars and used the excuse of poor subcontractors. They just used us to get the insurance money.

They exceeded all my expectations.

I didn't want to be greedy, and i didn't let them paint my living room or kitchen. my bedroom got the worst. i only did tiled in one bedroom. i thought they would clean it but they didn't and forgot to shut the water off. and the mirror on the wall sticks out 2 inches and i trusted them to pick it out and they measured it. when i complained he said it would take 2 weeks which makes my insurance company pay 2 extra weeks in a hotel. so i said forget it and signed the papers. I will buy my own cabinets and hire someone decent enough to install then. I am just disappointed.

I thought I was very lucky to have them as my contractor, they really did a good job.

I would not recommend this company until certain employees are trained properly for their positions.

Would not recommend Belfor to anyone. It took Belfor over 10 weeks after work authorization was signed to actual repairs began. Resulting in a lot of mold damage.

They did not keep in touch with me. They just came, did the work then left. They need a better public relations department. I think i'm gonna have a lawsuit.

The project manager was exceptional. He was very nice and extremely cooperative overall.

I was very satisfied with Belfor. They came in a timely manner and when they left, they left the place very clean and neat. We were quite satisfied with the work that was completed. We couldn't give them a higher recommendation.
