Dishonesty prevails, stay away!!

This company decided to take a personal conversation and turned it into business. they made us stay in hotel for four and a half months when the contract stated six weeks. We were in the hotel with with a 5 month old baby while trying to blame us for many different things. They were not very professional. They would scream and yell at us. They didn't finish the job correctly. They would tell us to buy different things and after we bought it they would say. "Oh no, we can't do that." We did not have a good experience.

Belfor was very responsive when I needed immediate assistance in drying out my home after significant water damage. Project Manager and foremen were very helpful in explaining the process and getting the proper equipment out to abate the damage. Even when I had some doubts about the walls being completely dry they came out and walked me through with their equipment to show me firsthand that all had been taken care of. Truly they went out of their way to put me at ease.
