They were very unprofessional. They would say one thing and do something else. Everytime I would ask a question they would answer it and not follow through. I lived out of my house for 3 months. They really didn't start working on your house until you started complaining. They would show up and do one thing, then say they were going to lunch and I wouldn't see them for three days.
The work was excellent!
I called the corporate office 3 different times, but I never got a phone call back. I tried to express my displeasure to the corporate office, but they did not seem to care, so I would not expect their employees to show concern either.
After a water leak in my house, the replacement materials were left sitting outside of my house for over a month before installation. It started with them telling me they would have a lockbox put on my door; instead they passed my house key around from one subcontractor to another. There would be days, even a week before I would receive return calls on what was on going. Then the area of the leak (an exterior wall) was not going to be removed and replaced until I called my insurance company, who had already agreed to pay for it. Once installation finally started, and the third foreman had been assigned to the project, the punch lists just piled up. Every time I came home something else was wrong; holes in the wall, dishwashers falling on me, paint on my new cabinets, sawdust across two rooms into an uncovered piano, cloth dining room chairs left piled up with trash on the porch over night, stained carpets from appliances being moved without anything underneath them, carpet seams not set properly, the list goes on. I eventually just stopped giving them lists, and paid the billed so they would stop coming into my house.
