My experience with Bella Construction was unfortunately disappointing. After requesting a full roof replacement, I later discovered that an area of the roof, which wasn't visible, was not included in the work and was a different material. Bella failed to disclose this information upfront during the sales process or during the actual work, leaving me with an incomplete job. When I reached out for clarification and resolution, they simply dismissed my concerns, claiming I must have misunderstood. Their lack of accountability and refusal to rectify the situation beyond offering another bid for the work was disheartening. Clear communication and transparency are crucial in any service industry, and unfortunately, Bella fell short in this aspect.

The workers are Very competent, show expert workmanship, we’re prompt, finished in one day and cleaned up immediately and protected and respected our property.

The roofers were efficient and work was done in a day. The property was left clean with dumpster removed the next morning. Would highly recommend them.

Very professional, did an all around great job for us. We are very satisfied with the craftsmanship we received.

All of the crews were very well organized and worked efficiently. They all did excellent work but the vinyl siding crew especially took pride in their work, excellent craftsmanship. The entire job was well organized and orchestrated.

I liked the fact that my old roof was removed and the new one was installed the same day. Also, they cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend Bella Contruction to anyone.

Work that was done on our home was satisfactory. All issues were resolved in a timely matter. Communication was not the best. Recommendations on colors were decided on the phone instead of in person. Never saw a salesperson at the completion of the job to see if we approved of the work that was done. I feel that communication between both parties could of been alot better.

The process was good however they over ordered my supplies, so I was left with 7 complete bundles of shingles.

Absolutely will recommend Bella Construction to my family,friends and neighbors as I already have started doing.

The representative was knowledgeable and gave a quote on the spot after assessing the job.

The didn't take any shortcuts with my flat rubber roof. Even though I ended up having to replace all the wood underlayment, as soon as I gave the go ahead, they proceeded without interruption. I appreciate them being up front with me. I owned a small business for 34 years at this location and I knew when he told me about the extra charge, it seemed fair.

Bella was quick to respond to every contact and question, timely in their repairs, and excellent in service and product!

I really enjoyed Ed and Bella Construction for all their work. It's Great but I'm not extremely happy yet with the Company they brought in to fix the A/C issue(Cochran). It froze up in 6 weeks after they were done. A LEAK!!! Shouldn't they have found this in the first place, Now it's going to cost me moey. Just saying!

The overall project was well done.

The work started early in the morning. It was completed the same day. The workers informed me what they were doing. They were very efficient and cleaned up completely. My roof looks good. I would recommend them highly.

Very happy with the professional approach. Ed explained exactly what Bella would do to replace our roof, and within 2 weeks it was done. Hard working crew finished in one day even working through some HEAVY downpours. Cleaned up well though we did find a few remnants and nails over the next week or two. The office people were quick with answers to any questions we had. All in all very satisfied.
