We have already recommended them. We even gave their information to my son, so he's getting a roof from them.
Work crew was extremely profession and polite and finished job relatively quickly. We were disappointed that our first and second choices of material color were not available at the last minute even they had weeks of lead time between the time we signed paperwork and the time work began. Company was experiencing issues with their system of communication and we often didn't know what was coming next. In the end though, we ended up with a new roof, though the color is a bit off.
From start to finish, I had an amazing experience. No BS from our contractor with straight up pricing, installation, and permitting. Roofing was a two day job. The only hang up was the city inspector taking his time but nothing Bellator roofing can do about that. Locally and veteran owned. Response time with texting and phone calls are immediate. The icing on the cake is the price. They beat out four other bids by 3-7k. My experience will differ but I cannot express the great experience I had with Bellator roofing.
The job was completed efficiently and appeared to have been well constructed and of superior quality. In working with our insurance company I found that according to the adjusters we received a more than a fair estimate. As a veteran, I am also very pleased to be able to receive service from a veteran-associated company.
Disappointed is an understatement. This company is all show and little follow through. Poor communication, surprise charges, objectively sloppy work. I’m not sure this form would allow me to right my thorough review. Bottom line, we did work out charges and the job was technically completed. They came out to fix things several times, but many issues were abandoned (sloppy tar, sloppy paint, stucco damage). I’m confident the construction was done well and the materials are great, but the craftsmanship of the roofers was as absent as the managerial communication. This 4 day job turned into a several week headache. I guess we learned not to go with the lowest bidder next time.
Was satisfied with the work they did to the home and very professional. Would recommend to other people.
I was happy with the work that Bellator put into my newly installed roof.
Overall, I felt that I had a good relationship with my Point Of Contact (POC), which was Tim. He replied quickly and waited until he had all the answers/details before replying. The main reason I chose Bellator was because I was impressed with the details that Tim picked out so quickly when he came to give me a quote in person. He also confirmed for me that they do their own work instead of using subcontractors, which helped with their lower cost. Lastly, they offered the same product as the two highest bidders with nearly the same warranty. Honestly, anything over 20 years is overkill anyways. I intend to sell my house(s) in five years or less.
