Berry Roofing did a great job on our roof. Our existing roof was in desperate need of an upgrade. We decided to go with the cool roof system, which is already making a massive difference in the temperature inside our home. Eric did a great job walking us through the process and answering our questions. Elizabeth at the main office was always cheerfully helpful whenever I called. Geoff's crew did an outstanding job installing our roof. They worked all day in temperatures above 100 degrees and still cleaned up every evening. I can't stress how impressed I was by the crew's level of professionalism.

The Berry Roofing sales representative came out, and found no issue with the facial boards. Even though about 80% of them needed to be replaced, along with other things. I also did solar, and the information given to me was not updated. When I asked about the kilowatts, I was told that Southern Cal. Edison does not know how they come up with their numbers.

I do not feel like they are willing to help anyone. They are all about the sale. They are not there for the customers.

I am very glad to have chosen Berry Roofing to replace my house's asphalt shingle roof, and install new vents in the attic and the garage. They are very good at communicating with you from the start when getting your quote, to the end of construction, and when dealing with their financial staff. I appreciated that they took pictures of the roof during their quote, and also that they sent me a project update at the end of each day it took to do the roof (three days total). The workers and the project manager were very nice and respectable while the work was going on. In the end, my roof now looks beautiful and I feel very confident that my roof will be in great shape for the future. Would definitely reccomend them for their professionalism all the way.
