I think it would have gone better if I could have understood their language better; they did not speak English too well.
The individual who I came into contact with about the replacement of a roof was very helpful, friendly, straightforward in turns of what was to be done and the price for the completion of the roof replacement.
They are really nice until they finish their work. When they break things then they no longer follow through. At that point they forget who you are.

The only thing that they did and promised me was literally the shingle that went on the roof. The quality of their work was terrible. They didn't install the catch all system. They treated my home like a new construction site and damaged property.
Overall installation was good. I had to monitor the installation crew after the project leader left for another job. The installation crew damaged the flashing on the siding and had to make flashing to cover the damage flashing (luckily they had a metal brake on their truck). I also had to call the project lead during installation because the crew was supposed to install a cricket, but had no materials to do so (project lead pick up supplies and delivered). Also, a younger member of the crew was installing a gooseneck backwards, but I corrected him. The project leader did a good job.
My biggest problem was communication. After I signed the contract I told the salesman I could wait until the second week of October since I had just seeded my yard. I waited until Thursday of the first week of October to call asking for when I was scheduled since I hadn't heard anything. A young lady at the local shop in Virginia Beach told me she would find out and get back to me. Didn't hear anything back, so I called again on the following Tuesday. A young man at the local shop in Virginia Beach said that I was scheduled for that Friday at 7AM - nice heads up. Installation was as described and I was told I would receive my warranty info when the final check was cashed. It was cashed on 15 Oct. I called Friday 25 Oct inquiring where the warrant was and a young lady at the local shop in Virginia Beach told me she would check with corporate and get back to me - she didn't. I called again on 29 Oct and a young man at the local shop in Virginia Beach said he would get back to me within 24 hours - he didn't. I called again and was passed to corporate warranty (extension 368) and he said he would make sure i got the warranty that day or next - it was in my email within 30 minutes - he got it right.
