Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement Inc was very fast. The roof does look very good.

I am very satisfied with the work they did. It makes a big difference with the way the house looks. I like the way they have their warranty set up. I am very pleased.

I was consistently told information that was untrue for them to save money or avoid fulfilling the promised verbal agreement I had when agreeing to work with them. Everyone was lying.

My representative assisted us very well, guiding us through the process with our insurance claim. He was very professional and always available if we had questions.

Excellent communication, prompt service

The sales was great, but the job was rushed and poor workmanship. They damaged my gutters and left a huge mess on my siding and gutters. They left black streaks on the siding. They ended up compensating me for the damage on the gutters. I would not recommend them because of the issues.

I liked the people. Everyone was nice and professional. My only complaint was that in the initial pre-signing of the contract, I was told that I would receive $300 back after the project (for reasons I can't remember). Instead I got a phone call asking me for over $300 after completion. When I inquired as to the reason since I'd paid all of the out-of-pocket expenses already, I was told, yes, this is likely a mistake. I received a call back stating that the good news was I'd be receiving $146 back but not the rest because Matthew had told me incorrect information at that initial pre-signing. Matthew was good enough to send to open another location (he'd told me he was leaving the area at the contract signing to open a new location down south) but he didn't know enough to give me the correct information? In my opinion, they should've stuck with what I was told at the contract signing.Then I was forced to call repeatedly even to get that reduced amount. Something about corporate having signed it but not mailed it. This went on for a couple of months before I finally got it in the mail.

They came on time, they were quick, they did a very good job, and had a very good clean up.

Tyler and Kade were both delightful to work with. They explained what was wrong and how the roof would be redone in a way that was easy to understand. They were willing to go to bat for me with the insurance company if necessary. Communicating with the team was easy. Questions were answered quickly. When they were running late they called before the time they were scheduled to arrive, and they let me know when they would be there. The job was completed very quickly once the weather was good enough with lots of pictures to show me what was done. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if necessary.

They did my roof and after a while I had a concern with how the shingles were laying, but I think it will be okay. The roof is bumped up a little bit. It was really cold when they did it. Now that it is warmer, it is laying down. We had warmer weather, and it seems like it is getting flatter. It seems like it is laying down better now. I hope it will lay down good with the warmer weather we have coming up.

They were on time, communicated well, and went the extra mile to help us replace our roof. There was even a leak after the roof replaced, and the noticed it was from an upper window, not the roof, and they fixed that for us even though it wasn't their responsibility. The price was more than fair! Thanks

It was easy. They were very professional and were on time like they said they would be. They worked like clockwork.

The did not pull rotted wood over garage, line chimney, cleanup took days and incomplete leaving nails everywhere; shingles and nail falling off roof still, gutter guards removed and thrown away, no repose to email; project a complete redo. Wish I had went with competitor Cenvar who also did work in area. Customers appear pleased with Cenvar.

They got my roof done in one day being thorough on everything. I have had no issues since having it replaced by them.

Overall there are better roofers to choose from.

They gave me multiple bills with different amounts, and it took me forever to get things corrected. They had people preparing the bills that should not have been.

The roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with it. There were a couple of small issues on the paperwork side which were addressed and resolved very quickly.

They say that nothing is perfect, but my experience with Best Choice Roofing of Los Angeles was pretty close! From my first meeting with the salesman, Sean Stanton, to working with the project manager, Armando Arguelles, I felt like they listened to my priorities and concerns, and they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was especially impressed that the owner of this locally owned franchise (AKA Paliroof LLC, CA license # 1114351) even stopped by the job himself to check on how it was going! Finally, when the city inspector came by to finalize the permit, he said it was some of the best workmanship he had seen on a roof. Best Choice, indeed!

Probably not, only because my roof was installed in July and I'm still waiting for the 2nd bathroom vent hood to be installed.

I am a senior citizen, and I thought the salesman was a little pushy. I asked about gutters, and he said they do gutters. The day of the installation, I asked about the gutters, and the guy on the job said they don't do gutters. That put me off. He was personable, and I liked him a lot, I am not sure if he took advantage of my age or my backwardness.

I haven't written this up yet, but I will post a series of social media posts of my experience in general. I think the biggest problem I have with the experience is that they were to replace four skylights, and for one of them, they ordered and installed a skylight with the wrong specs. As far as the roofing, which I'm sure is what Owens Corning is interested in, there weren't any problems with that. It is difficult to put it into words. Communication has been difficult, such as getting responses and follow-up. I'm upset as a homeowner. So far, there is no solution.

When Best Choice Roofing did the roof, I only had one complaint. They painted my siding on accident and missed some spots. They haven't come back to fix the paint, and I was told they would. It kind of looks like crap; the roof itself is great, and it is solid. I'm happy with that.

I noticed and contacted the representative there. They sent out additional supplies and a roof vent was missing. I had to go purchase a roof at hardware so they could finish.
