Tyler and Kade were both delightful to work with. They explained what was wrong and how the roof would be redone in a way that was easy to understand. They were willing to go to bat for me with the insurance company if necessary. Communicating with the team was easy. Questions were answered quickly. When they were running late they called before the time they were scheduled to arrive, and they let me know when they would be there. The job was completed very quickly once the weather was good enough with lots of pictures to show me what was done. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if necessary.

The professionalism of all individuals with Best Choice Roofing was excellent. Communication with Sales Manager Josh, Jene from the office calling me as to what I should expect step by step and both teams which put the roof and the gutters on were exceptional. I was never talked down to and every question I had was answered by the installers or the BCR team. Everyone checked in with me after each step to insure I was happy with what was done and to check if I needed anything. Refreshing that they actually cared about their client!
