Great job. Had a good process to counter the insurance company’s attempts to dodge responsibility. Once claim was approved, everything was explained to me about the whole process and what I was responsible for and what they were responsible for and Best Choice thoroughly inspected my property(even inside the attic) and let me know what to expect in terms of decking needing to be replaced. In the end there were no surprises and the workmanship was of good quality.

The sales guy was excellent. However, when they came out to put the roof on, no one on the installation crew spoke any English, so I could not communicate with them. Someone came to inspect it the day after, but he did not get on the roof to look at it. I thought he would have a ladder to get on the roof to inspect it, but he did not. He just collected the rest of the money. I've been trying to get a hold of them because I would like to get a written contract, but no one has got back to me about it.

Best Choice Roofing is a contracting company, and its employees don't actually do the roofing. They hired a group that didn't speak english and the actual employee could not communicate with the team doing the work. This actually happened in front of me, and they tried to play it off.

Don't take the salesperson's word for anything, even if it's in writing.
