Everyone we came into contact with went above and above from beginning to end. It was a pleasure working with Julie, Nick, Santos, and Rambo; they were responsive to our demands and quick to act. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would suggest them to anyone who needs their home's siding replaced. Everyone was excellent.

Best Value Exteriors provided quality workmanship at a fair price. The salesman worked very hard with KHF to ensure the project could be completed within budget. The salesman was very helpful and patient during the selection process. The project manager assigned was communicative and responsive and highly knowledgeable, he always explained the project clearly and in great detail. Work crew was very efficient and responsive to issues that required corrective actions throughout the project. The work site was maintained well throughout the project and final clean-up was excellent.

Best Value is the most unprofessional and poorly organized company we've ever worked with. The project was so delayed that it took 2 years to be completed. The Hardie siding was installed so poorly at first that the company had to take it all down and do it all over again. In the process, the owner and other people lied and delayed, and only ended up completing the job well after threats and supervision from James Hardie representatives. We cannot recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done in a timely manner.
