We have used Best Window and Door for several years. Over time we have replaced our back sliding glass door and all the windows in our house. Back door is really nice and has some great security features. The low e glass is amazing and really makes a difference. Our crank roll out kitchen window is the best window ever! So thankful that was recommended as an option. We struggled with the old kitchen window for years and now we can easily open it. Sales and installation staff are great. We are satisfied customers.

We had received a couple of estimates for basement windows and are so happy we chose Best Windows. They look amazing and the installation was impeccable.

I believe they make a quality product, but I think the quality of the seal could be better. When the seal breaks moisture condenses on the window and you can't get in there to clean it, so that is kind of frustrating.

I plan to use them again.

The work on the windows was professional and looks great. The products used are very good and efficient. I would recommend Best Windows to everyone.

Everyone needs to know 2 things:1) These are NOT full construction replacement windows. They are window inserts built inside your indoor window frame. This means you will lose 6 to 8 inches of glass view off each window's height and width. This was absolutely not explained to us. In one case, we lost a full 50% of glass surface view out a small window.2) Unless you have enormous, South-facing picture windows where you need to block out some sunlight, do NOT opt for the "energy efficient" glass vs. clear glass. It blocks an enormous amount of sunlight, turning your house into a dark cave in which you need to turn lights on in each room, even on bright, sunny summer days.

Everything they did was pretty darn good.

Bill, Josh, and the other guys were very professional. Bill did a great job installing. He was so good at what he did. I had never seen a caulking job like that before. I love my patio and storm door. The patio door is much better than before.
