Bison Roofing explained their proposal and provided options for the roofing material. They followed through with warranty registration. Work scheduling and execution proceeded as expected from a responsible contractor. I appreciated their use of the home protection netting and wooden frame over the A/C compressor. Our fascia and some soffit and siding needed replacement. The trusted carpenter prioritized the fascia early to meet the roofers build schedule. The work included sealing, priming, and painting. Joel (Bison Foreman) matched the paint and the carpenter followed through to complete a great replacement. Apparently, an electrical wire to our range was partially severed during the siding replacement. I reviewed the contract terms of service to confirm that this was not excluded from Bison Roofing liability and notified Bison Roofing. I expect to have the wire removed and replaced by a licensed electrician. I will forward the evidence to Bison Roofing for their consideration to share in the repair cost. Our change orders summed to $1,044.00. Manny was helpful in remeasuring the needed exterior repairs with pictures to update the original work estimate and minimize change order costs. I expect Bison Roofing to show the same open minded attitude concerning the needed electrical repairs as I showed in considering additional unknown site conditions justifying our project change orders. Overall, I am pleased with Bison Roofing's work and professionalism.
