I thought the people were very professional and very accommodating in difficult circumstances. We went through subrogation, and other efforts were involved. They were very patient and understanding.
I am not likely to recommend them, because they took way too long on the project.
I was very satisfied with the service.
This complete project was a nightmare.
It was great work. They were able to do it in a timely and efficient manner. They were also able to work around my work schedule.
We had a great experience with the company. Gary was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to questions and concerns, clarifying everything we needed to know. Job was done well and in a timely manner.
My experience started out great until the day they told me they were finished. I could not believe what my bathroom and basement looked like. I immediately called the project manager and he was out getting the contractors to fix everything but from this point, it was a cycle of them coming back to make things right. And to this day it is still not right (about 3 months later). They just kept sending the same workers expecting a different outcome.
Communication was very poor in terms of when people would be coming to the house. They would just show up unannounced, or there would be three days in a row where no one would come with no communication at all.
There were some basic issues with the flooring, that they are aware of. Things that could have easily been addressed had someone been on-site.
They were cordial and easy to understand. They went step by step, no matter what it was. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them.
The coordination was zero. I asked that a project manager check over the work, but they never came out. The work was subcontracted out so I do not exactly know what company did the work. The main company I dealt with was BMS Cat. It was very hard to reach the project manager, then he was fully unreachable. He did not check over the work during inspection and did not show up until 2 weeks after the job was done. I asked multiple times and spoke to different people to try to get a manager out to the property.
This is a miserable feeling when you are out of your house this long. They were supposed to have me back in my house after 90 days. It's been almost a year and I am still in the streets.
Blackmon Mooring was very courteous and friendly. They did excellent work.
The work was great until I realized they did not pull the refrigerator out and paint behind the refrigerator. Now I will have to complete that work myself, but other than that the flooring, drywall, and rest of the paint job were great.
They exceeded my expectations.
I recommend that they retrain the managers. The top managers give the directions to the field reps and lower workers, however they are misguiding them. Blackmon Mooring should change out the top management.
The people, their process, and the final product are outstanding. They are the best company overall.
Dealing with Blackmon Mooring was worse then my divorce.
I told Lane this from Blackmon Mooring - Atlanta that when we first decided to do business together. My biggest pet peeve is someone not doing something that they say they're going to do. I've been waiting on them to come and fix my cabinet doors, now, for over three weeks. Every time I call, someone tells me it will be another week. At this point, I've stopped bothering them. I texted that I'm still waiting to get the ceiling repainted from where the cabinet guys scufffed my ceiling. They're most likely brushing me off now because I've written the check.
They were really nice. They explained everything step-by-step. They did everything that they said on time. I am very happy with them.
