During the design process, they were happy to provide us with many different renderings, changing all the little details to help us visualize what the final result would look like. We were having exterior doors replaced at the same time and they went out of their way to communicate with our other contractors to ensure the jobs would be seamless. They took their time to explain all the details of the project in terms that we could understand. The crew was very considerate and the work was done exceptionally well. We added insulation under our siding and have noticed a massive difference in how warm and draft-free our house is now. They obviously have great procedures and the whole team communicates effectively - when we needed something from a different department, we received it quickly. During their final inspection they found, and corrected, shortcomings that we wouldn't have noticed - the attention to detail the whole way through was excellent. Overall, we found the entire team to be kind, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They care about delivering exceptional service and a final product that is done properly without cutting any corners. The entire project was costly but we have no regrets and we would absolutely choose to work with Blue Jay again.

We were renovating our old house exterior and because we only had a rough sketch my husband and I had made, we were worried about our idea not being conveyed properly. Blue Jay made sure the communication flowed and that they understood what we wanted. They never made us feel we were being a bother if we wanted them to explain concepts a second time or for making sure everyone was on the same page. That really put us at ease.
