Kelly and the BluSky Team were amazing with getting the service completed in a timely manner on the property. There were no issues with billing. The customer service received from start to finish was amazing. Our Property being over an hour away did not stop their team from getting to us and completing the work necessary for our property. Highly recommend any property whether commercial or residential using their services.

I am honestly not fully satisfied with my project, however, I went ahead and signed the completion because I just wanted it to be over and just look for different contractors that actually care about the quality of work they provide.

BluSky utilizes too many third party subcontractors to perform the work and has little or no control over scheduling. The level of communication is poor in my experience and the client must constantly pursue them in order to get any feedback on the current schedule. Have been trying to get them back onsite to perform warranty work for 3 months with no success. Quality of workmanship was overall very good.

Poor communication, inaccurate reporting, not efficient, unprofessional, promises never held, not responding to text or email, extremely poor time management, inaccurate invoices for work orders that has not been completed, missed up work out equipment, very poor work order completion, wrong door reinstallation, any many more.

I wasn't overall satisfied with the professionalism of the job. When returning in the home, there were items that were broken as well as cords thrown underneath my sink and in kitchen drawers. It seemed as though some of the items were just thrown all over the place, and when I addressed these issues to Collin, I was told that they were "minor issues" as though my home wasn't important, and it felt very inconsiderate. Also, some items were left in the garage because I was told that the contractors simply "didn't know where they went," when they were the ones to pack the items in the first place. Although the flooring and ceiling look good, it seems a better system of organization amongst the company and movers would be more beneficial.

Montgomery job took months too long. Other jobs were timely.
