The initial response time was excellent, they came soon after the event and cleaned up quickly. Our interaction with Brian Petree, our Project Director was great. The overall project has taken longer than anticipated. We were not satisfied with the quality of the work done, the painting had to be re-done several times, as we were promised that it would look equal to or better than the original, which it does not. The attention to detail was lacking. Additionally, there was a change in key staff during the project, which impacted the project. We also received billing notices directly from subcontractors, which was odd. Having no experience with this type of service we are not sure if it is the norm or not.

Our account manager was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and began to solve our problem as quick as possible.

My recent experience with BluSky during the winter storm repairs were upsetting. Severe lack of communication, care for my community and residents, and completely dragged the reconstruction process for months. No weekly updates, no weekly check ins, and hired unprofessional, inappropriate contractors. They completely left my community dirty (left all trash and Sheetrock debris in my storage units), left my hallways stained from lack of preparation (didn’t even offer to clean it), and left our amenities unfinished (to where I hired another contractor to finish). Needless to say, they will never get my business again, and I will not recommend them to anyone else. The one thing they do seem to care about is collecting their money. And in my experience, what they charged, did NOT meet the quality level of work.

I have begun my 2nd project with BluSky and I must say they are my official go to. I have recommended them to a few of my other industry collogues and now the feeling is mutual for them. Nathan Nuttall is the single-handed reason BluSky is my number one choice. Nathan runs a tight team who wants to do a good job and provide top quality service. He knocks it out of the park on all angles. Highly trustworthy and highly communicative!
