I'd recommend with caution. The work is great. Just make sure they keep to deadlines and keep good communication should there be delays.
Workers did a good job, however, the Project Mgr. didn't disclose that my call was consider an "emergency". Naturally we were wanting to get basement done asap, however, it wasn't an emergency to us at the cost of $160+ . Which is a ridiculous amt of money for a call. Also the figures weren't correct (we kept detailed notes), and I'm glad we did because of errors. They did take off $265 for error. We just thought more disclosure regarding expenses should have been done. We understand about person on the phone estimating info./general info. Still expensive and possibly taking advantage of a situation.
From start to finish, I was always kept up to date on project status and next steps. The work was done in a timely manor and the quality was exceptional.

The customer service and correspondence regarding my invoice has been terrible. The worst service I have received in a really long time. For weeks, I told your company that the invoice was incorrect. I was repeatedly told that I was wrong. In many cases, I was told "the invoice is correct" without any other dialogue. I finally received confirmation that I was indeed correct (was never issued an apology) and then my new invoice shows up and it is for more than the original invoice. I'm done with this company.

Workers were very polite and friendly. The carpenters and Drywall specialist were experienced and skilled craftsmen. Foreman, Jared kept us informed of work schedule and any adjustments to schedule. They did a good job of communicating. Cleaned up work area when they were finished for the day.

They left my wedding dress on the bathroom floor after moving it from the closet. They broke my daughters Harry Potter scentsy and didn’t say a word. The forgot to cut out some walls and didn’t come back. The left the basement wet, and said they would check if they needed to do anything else and never got back to me. They left wet boxes in a closet after cutting the walls out of it, allowing mold to grow on a wall they left in it.
When our basement flooded we called and they were there to help us within a couple of hours. They were extremely nice and did a great job drying out the basement.
I have recommended BluSky to several companies. Whenever someone calls to ask me for a reference on BluSky, I do not hesitate to recommend them. They are always professional, responsive and they value their relationships that they form with you!
I'm currently waiting for the company to do the second, much larger, job. My first experience with a ceiling tile replacement was excellent.
