While initially the work and abatement by BlueSky was satisfactory, when it came to the remodel, the process was troubling and I did not feel comfortable with how it was handled. Communication was inconsistent and information was very vague.

Very professional and knowledgeable; materials and workmanship high quality; very pleasant to work with!

From beginning to end it was grade A!

Additional Comments - I have used them on 3 different occasions and they have been great to work with. On Dec 23 2022 Christmas Eve night my company had a water line break and it flooded a 2 story office building. Within 2 hours of the call they had people onsite. Great people and a great company.

BluSky was very responsible and timely. They were were a great advocate in dealing with the insurance company to insure the restoration was complete.

I would recommend them to family and friends, and we will call them ourselves if we need help again in the future!

Contractor didn't listen to what I wanted placed the wrong flooring in my bathroom after I told her what and where to find the flooring I wanted

Sheltering Arms institute will not be using BluSky again. The overall work was subpar given the reputation of the company. Even a non-facility person could see the poor workmanship.

Our building had a water leak over a weekend which did extensive damage. BluSky quickly came up with a plan to mitigate the damaged areas so repair work could begin. Abby and the entire team were professional and responsive to our needs. They made you feel like your project was very important to them and did everything they could to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that has a water damaged building.

Eight months after my pipes froze and broke my house is nowhere near completion. It took months for them to even get started, no one will give me a timeline for the work, the online payment system is glitchy, the packing team they recommended caused a massive gas leak by not capping the gas line to the stove they removed, and only one person seems capable of communicating clearly with me. I wanted the best to do these repairs, but I am beyond exasperated.

They made a nightmare into a peaceful renovation site! I was extremely pleased w/ their quality of work! They were great to work with! The end result made my home look brand new! Thank u BluSky!

Johnsthan Rozenbook was an amazing contractor to work with in getting our home repair completed in the midst of such trying simultaneous labor and materials shortages. He kept in contact with progress updates, kept me in the loop on his plans for repairs, and even found ways to manage the project budget to avoid cost changing but including additional services such as pressure washing the home as part of the budget which definitely added to the final state of the home.

Always listen to what your client wants.

Overall, I felt they were very professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done. I believe the quality of work in some areas could have been better and we were inconvenienced on a few occasions due to scheduling of crews to work. I was an overwhelming time for us and based on the lack of work and confidence in the original crew we had from a competitor, BlueSky stood by their promises and for the most part kept us informed and updated on changes to schedules and respected our privacy and secured our home properly upon leaving daily.

We were very impressed with the staff and crew in scheduling and completing the remediation of our crawlspace and basement. The job was thoroughly done and cleaned up afterwards. Mikee was very professional and a great source of information for what to expect and returned to inspect the job and provide us with follow up from what was done.

I was most impressed by how attention was paid to the finished product.
