Hands down the worst restoration vendor I have ever had the displeasure of working with (in 30+ year in community and property management). No project management or crew oversight and abysmal scheduling practices. And this is in their capacity as an approved vendor of Farmers Insurance's Guaranteed Repair Program. Right, guaranteed to be the worst managed vendor you will ever deal with.

Kendra worked with us to follow all the procedures by providing us the demo schedule, impact to tenant, and all technicians working in the building 48 hours in advance. Reports/emails were really thorough and she was always a phone call away answering any questions we and/or the tenant had.
