Response Time: Respond quickly to leak reports and emergency situations, which is critical for minimizing damage and business disruption.

Technical Execution: Restoration work quality is consistently high during the active phase of projects.

Communication During Emergency: The team is reliable and accessible when immediate action is needed.

While the first project manager (Yvgeny) was there he did a good job and communication. The ball dropped when he left and communication stopped.

They quote one price and then continue to increase cost from original quote even after insurance agrees they these additional cost are not justified!
