We had five contractors give us estimates. Bob Jahn’s estimate was competitive and encompassed everything that we needed done with our roof. The roofing process was quick and well communicated. Prompt, courteous sales and installation services. Use of qualified subcontractors, and material suppliers. Scheduling and permitting handled efficiently. Installation was very quick. A little better attention to clean up details required for the Tear-Off subcontractor. Too many nails/staples found on ground post-job. Otherwise, a very good job, exceeding expectations.

we had a issue with the skylight being the wrong size. this was resolved to my satisfaction .

I highly recommend bob jahns roofing, Randy the project manager is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, Randy walked me through every step of the process answering any questions I had and trust me I had ALOT!! Randy also kept in contact with me from the tear off which the crew was also professional showed up on time and did a great job tearing off the old roof and the clean up, Ishmael was a wonderful installer, my home is an older home with that being said there was a copper water line that was punctured due to the age of my home during the install, as soon as I saw water on the floor in my garage I had Ismael come and see he immediately saw where the leak was turned off my water and was on the phone calling a plumber the plumber was here within an hour and fixed the leak, being concerned about water damage to my sheet rock a general contractor was then called and arrived 2 hrs. Later to inspect for moisture which was found , the contractor fixed the issue, I wasn’t charged a dime for the plumber and general contractor! A great company to do business with!!

The crew was at our house by 6:30 on Tuesday morning, Feb. 27. By 10:30, they had the shingles of the old roof off. All the tarps protecting plants below the eaves were gone, as was most of the debris that had fallen off the roof. By quitting time at about 5:30, half the new roof had been installed. Wednesday, by 3:30 in the afternoon, the job was complete -- gutter guard reinstalled, the ground around the house cleaned. A distinct problem were two roofs joined unevenly had been solved imaginatively. An amazing piece of work.

I was thoroughly impressed with the work performed by Bob Jahn's Roofing from the point of the first meeting with Ryan Jensen the estimator to the completion of the project. All my questions and concerns were taken care of. The work was scheduled between raining periods and the organization of the crews, their professionalism, and their respect for my property was beyond my expectations. The project of tear down, re-roofing my house and in addition to re-roofing my large covered patio was completed in 2 days, just before the next rain came. They treated my home like it was their own.

Working with Bob Jahn's Roofing was a great experience! Ryan came out and gave me a quote and answered all my questions about what he found and quoted. They gave me a date for my roof, but I told them I was willing to go sooner if there was a cancellation and they called me the next week to move my appointment time up and it ended up being done DAYS before it started raining! Plus the crew that did the work showed up every day on time and cleaned up every afternoon and finished a day earlier than they anticipated. Could not recommend more!

My roof area needed a significant amount of dry rot repair, and this was installed properly and without delaying the completion of the project. The gutters and downspouts look great too. I would 100% recommend working with Bob Jahn’s roofing. My job was intense. We signed the quote in December, then we had biblical rain for 4 months. They stuck with me. They even offered tarping services for me.I also messed around with their schedule too, because we weren’t frickin’ sure when the rains would stop. Their crew removed the roof for me right in the risk of rain, on a last minute schedule, and worked with me the whole time. It was wonderful.Shout outs to the following:Randy. Work with this man if you at all can. He was here every single day, was very communicative, completely honest and transparent, answered text messages all the time, and even provided me a full Excel file with all of the breakdowns, all the costs, including their markup and profit margin, which… who does that? Super wonderful to work with, and I feel like I was treated very honestly. As you read on, you can imagine the change order was …substantial. Randy kept me in the loop the whole time.Tiffany – the owner’s daughter and the boss nowadays. Tiff was gracious enough to respond to my texts CONSTANTLY and stick with me on scheduling and working with me. Again, and I can’t stress this enough -this is the daughter of the owner. My roof had it all – fake beams, boards held in with crown molding, a full on dryrot hole, wavy lines in the deck, a roof that didn’t go all the way to the gutters, FIVE different kinds of siding, seriously several things they’d never seen.Seven days. Total. 3400sq ft house, HUGE problems, seven days. Not half bad. I won’t use another roofer. Genuinely feel like the value added to the home was more than I paid.Thanks guys and gal, really.
